Top Lage mitten im Zentrum. Ausstattung gut aber in die Jahre gekommen. Von Toaster über Kaffeeautomat bis Mikrowelle und Klima alles da.
Leider eine Kellerwohnung mit wenig natürlichem Licht. Kühlschrank hat sich schwer öffnen und schließen lassen aber hat funktioniert. Keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden und auch kein Geschirrspüler. Auf Grund der Kellerlage hat alles etwas feucht gewirkt und abgestanden gerochen.

Points positifs : Emplacement exceptionnel et endroit hyper sécuritaire ! Tous les services sont à proximité immédiate (épicerie, pharmacie), et tous les points d'intérêt touristiques sont accessibles facilement à pied..
Points négatifs : Seul bémol, l'insonorisation côté rue n'est pas optimale. La vitrine laisse passer beaucoup de bruit, ce qui peut être très dérangeant pour dormir la nuit
