This property was the perfect location, especially for first time travelers to Rome. Germana is a great host and helped with arranging transportation to and from the airport. When you walk out the front door, you are greated by cobblestone paths and within 5 minutes, you are walking into the Piazza Navona. This week was magical for my husband and I. We cant wait to come back to Roma. Grazie Germana and Roma for a dream come true.

Contrary to the photoshopped photos you see on the Web, this place is quite dark and gloomy even when all lights are turned on. The upper level has a very low ceiling with beams. I'm 5'4" tall (163 cm) but still I hit my head few times.
The kitchen is very poorly equipped. There is only one enormous pot without a matching lid. The stainless steel of the pot is so thin that it's impossible to boil spaghettis in it without a large fraction sticking to the bottom. All utensils are very cheap or lacking completely. You can't find four matching plates, only bowls.
Central heating didn't work (January). The towel rack in the bathroom was also cold because it was connected to the same pipes.
The check-in instructions said "Take the stairs to Floor 1" although the unit and the key box were located on the ground floor.
The location is great, but you already know that.
