Luxury Apartment Historic Center

Great location. Very clean and beautiful flat.

The aircondition wasn’t working in one of the rooms (where one of us slept). We’re not informed about it had to find out ourselves. The other unit was working but the water outlet was dripping into a basket which was quickly full, so we couldn’t let it run without observing it. This is difficult with close to 40 degrees outside.

The location is great- steps away from the Vatican and a short walking distance to all major attractions. There is a lovely little coffee shop in the next building and lots of eateries nearby. Space wise, nothing to complain about, both bedrooms are ample size with big windows that face a narrow courtyard- though it means peace and quiet in the morning. Kitchenette unit. Easy access, nice and cool inside.

I couldn't help but feel that the place was run on the cheap- the four of us spent 4 days there but only 1 toilet roll was left in the bathroom (good luck to anyone who is trying to buy toilet paper in the city centre). The kitchenette had enough pots, plates and cutlery but it would be great to find basic stuff sugar and tea, just to make a morning drink. There was a coffee machine but none of the shops sold the coffee pods. The sofa bed in the living was quite uncomfortable, my dad struggled on the last night.

L’appartement est situé à côté de la plaza Navona, dans le centre historique. Top pour visiter Rome et les principales attractions touristiques. Le logement a également du cachet et offrait toutes les commodités nécessaires. Très propre.

Le Check-in a été un peu chaotique et le canapé-lit n’est pas très confortable. L’isolation pourrait être meilleure également et l’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas très bien.

The location was great. Walking distance to most of the attractions.

The property was for 4 people. 2 in bed room and 2 in living room on sofa bed. The property was advertised Air conditioned. However living room AC was not working. When informed to the host, it was informed that the AC in living room has not been working for long. It was 39 degC and with no AC it was really difficult to sleep. This fact was not written in the flat description and hence it felt deceived. Had we known that living room AC not working we would not have booked it. The bedroom AC was also leaking. There was a pan kept below it to collect water. Again when enquired about it, the host said it is the condensate water. In order not to trouble the apartment other residents the condensate water is not routed outside. It is very normal to collect the water and through it in toilet. We ended up using the biggest utensil from kitchen so that it can only be emptied once every 12 hours instead of every 3 hours. The kitchen is extremely small. No space for 2nd person. Toile does not have any exhaust and nighter does the kitchen. Overall the flat is not suitable for 4 people at all. At most max 2. And should be advertised as such.
