Place has all required equipment and facilities, even tiny washing machine. Sofa bed was confortable also, what is pretty rear for sofas. Location is really perfect, despite it is in a center of Rome, apartment is really quiet. Also it has separe porch and the balcony. Balcony has launch zone with barbecue equipment. Apartment itself is really artful (nice, interesting and cosy enterior). AND Air conditioning was perfect :)
We lacked only ice cubes making forms :)

velkou výhodou tohoto ubytovania je jeho poloha, blizko historickeho centra, Vatikanu. V blizkosti prijemne kaviarne, reštaurácie. V spálni pri vstupnych je veľmi pokojné spanie, občas počuť skrekot cajok, čo je však príjemné. Výhodou sú určite aj terasy.

Posizione, arredamento, attenzione ai particolari, distribuzione degli spazi, disponibilità all’accoglienza, utensili della cucina. In primavera/estate sicuramente la terrazza è stellare, ma in inverno è un pochino più complesso!
Si tratta di un secondo/terzo piano senza ascensore, ma lo sapevamo già prima di prenotare, quindi è stata una scelta consapevole!

The location is the best, close to all the major sites in the center of Rome. The apartment was very quiet, clean, and well stocked, which was really nice. Lovely feeling to the apartment, and so nice to have a beautiful terrace to be outside. Our host, Giacomo, could not have been more accommodating.
