Federico gave us a warm welcome, shared helpful local recommendations, and was always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment is in an excellent location, with many of Rome’s main attractions within walking distance. It has been thoughtfully renovated, and the tasteful interior beautifully reflects the charm and character of Rome. The apartment looked exactly like the listing photos. The bed linens were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during Rome’s hot summer days. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator, so carrying large or heavy suitcases upstairs can be challenging. The building itself is quite old, so the first impression may not be particularly appealing. However, once you step inside the apartment, it feels like a completely different place. Because of the high wooden ceiling, dust and cobwebs had accumulated on the beams, and some of the dust occasionally fell onto the beds when the air conditioning was running. Regular cleaning of the ceiling would make a noticeable difference. We also found that some kitchen utensils and glasses were not completely clean, so we washed them before using them. Another suggestion would be to install mosquito screens on the windows, as the building is surrounded by greenery and we preferred to keep the windows closed to avoid insects.

Excelentes acomodações, com qualidade, requinte e conforto. Proprietários muito atenciosos e prestativos. O prédio é antigo mas charmoso, com um apartamento excelente e novo. Muito bem localizado nas proximidades do Vaticano e do bairro gastronômico e boêmio, Trastevere. Camas confortáveis e lençóis e toalhas novos. Tudo novo. Excelente hospedagem!

e' la seconda volta che ritorno in questo appartamento e ci ritornerò perchè è un ritorno a casa. nella caotica Roma un posto veramente fuori dal tempo. Ospitalità eccellente , posizione super. il mio posto del cuore a Roma

Malgré la beauté de l’appartement, nous avons été déçus. À notre arrivée, les poubelles n’étaient pas sorties, et des traces de doigts grasses s’étalaient partout sur le mobilier. Nous avons dû payer 40€ de conciergerie dans la ville car nous avions prévenu que nous arriverions à 10h et l’hôte n’a pas validé notre demande (pourtant on nous avait demandé à quelle heure nous voudrions entrer dans l’appartement) Pour la troisième fois à Rome, je suis un peu déçue de cet appartement.
