Incredible, very luxe and comfortable for the price !! The breakfast was super too, good vie from the balcony and your next to the most beautiful beach in madeira

The rooms exceeded all expectations. As soon as you get to the main door, you are greeted with a beautifully decorated unit full of culture and personality. Love the layout and how the decor brings you full immersion. There is on parking on site, and there is not a lot of parking outside but the street that the unit is on is for residents, so they don't fill up very quickly and we were free to use these. Love the breakfast that was prepared by the staff. They were so friendly. A friendly cat even came to join us for breakfast. The area is so beautiful. Walking distance to a black sand beach and a lot of restaurants. I love that there was good, strong air conditioning and spacious and clean bathrooms in each unit. This made the stay so comfortable. Hands down, this was my favorite stay in all of Portugal. So homey and it fully immersed you into the culture while keeping you very comfortable. You did a great job. Thanks for the hospitable stay!

Can't think of anything to be honest. Maybe that there is no elevator, but it wasn't an issue at all.

We loved our stay because we house was old (typical house) but beautiful, the room was comfortable and with all the amenities. Also good breakfast and convenient position to go to the beach and the swimming pool.

I would just recommend a more deeper cleaning of the bathroom and additionally had a bit of a musty smell in the room. Some cockroaches were found in the house.

Very traditional Portuguese feel, library and sitting room - it felt like we were getting the local experience.

Bathroom was just passably-clean, we've stayed in much better. Why must hot water for tea come from a meeting room-style flask at breakfast when there's a kettle in the kitchen? Small things, easy to remedy and would help a lot.
