Comfy stay near the highway.

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful! The covered private parking was very handy, with direct access to the rest of the hotel. We had an apartment and it was nice and complete. And the location was very good for our stop coming from the highway.

The airco was out of control, so the rooms were very cold and the bathroom very warm.

A short walk to the town centre, we were very happy with this appartment hotel. Everything was excellent and a welcome pack for our dog was a lovely gesture. We used this as a stopping point on our way to Italy and will use again.

4 night stay in Mulhouse

The staff was nice, the hotel is fine, also according to price. Temperature in the room was good. Tram stop is very close by. In a nutshell: fine for this price.

Breakfast was okay. They could´ve mentioned there´d be no cleaning at all; you have to ask specifically for new towels or toilet paper. In addition, we've asked for a late check-out (regular is at 11, late is until 14), but they've knocked on our door twice (of which one time was before 11).

Good stay for a night after a long drive!

Central location. The kitchenette had basic vessels, but no cooking ingredients. We could manage for a one night stay. Spacious bedroom and toilet. Paid covered parking is available on site, for which we pre-booked over a phone call.

Weird smell in the toilet, probably the room that was allocated to us, was not used for a long time. The pillows were so uncomfortable.

Good location right outside a tram stop so east tor get around. Room was clean and tidy

One of the patio doors was broken and the handle removed. Needed more mugs for the kitchen.

My second stay at Appart'City Confort. Everything was perfect. We stayed one night. Check-in was seemless, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our study was big and very clean. Comfortable beddings. I was expecting this level of comfort because I stayed here last year with my family and it was great too.

Location was great. The hotel very good compared to what I expected. Practical for a family with small children. I had a crib for my 18 months son. Clean and comfy beddings.

Fine stay for a night

Nice and clean hotel, easy walk to the center but also public transport (tram) nearby. Private parking garage (only accessible after check-in, so need to be in the public parking for a bit, which is next to the hotel) and easy access to the highway. Everything available in the appartment.

We didn't manage to find a way for only 1 bedlamp to be on (do the other person could sleep already). Also knocking from housekeeping quite early/when we were still in the room. But very minor details.

Good hotel, price and near to highway and city center.

Near to the city center around 10 minutes walking, or you can take the tram in front of the hotel. They have private parking place but they charge you 7 euros per day.

The breakfast was really poor.

Room cleaning is not included in the booking fees. Charging guests for any drink ( coffe, tea, etc). The furnitures , especially the carpet, are in bad condition. 👎

Overall good stay

We found the room was good sized Only comment is that the carpet in that room was quoted badly marked That aside completely satisfied and we were able to dispose of recyclable waste within the hotel daily. We didn't have breakfast but many did.
