Very good

Nice hosts - they gave us advices for trips etc. The appartment is perfectly located (close to the beach). Supermarkets and bus stop are close to the appartment. You can also use the garden to sit outside. In front of the entry is a roofed area to eat outside. We had a great time there.

The studio is located in the basement so it was a bit humid at some days (depending on the air humidity outside).

Pleasant

It is very close to the sea. So you can reach the sea in five minutes by walking easily. It is affordable in terms of value. You can find a free street parking. There is a washing machine.

It is one room accommodation and is not so spacious. There is no dishwasher so you need to clean your dishes by yourself. There is a smell comes from bathroom and since the bed is located very close to the bathroom, this may disturb you. By the way the smell is not so heavy but it is not also so light. There is an another room/accommodation next to your room. You are using the same patio. If your neighbors are noisy, this would be a challenging point for you. The sofa is small and not so convenient for sleeping or sitting for a long time in comfort.

Lovely calm place in suburbia, with very nice hosts, a short stroll to the beach.

Good location, 5 min walk to the supermarket, and 2 min walk to the closest kiosk. 3 min walk to the public beach, with beaches next to it where you could rent a parasol or beach bed. The location is very convenient and nice for people traveling with i.e. children who just want to go to the beach and that's that. Also, the apartment we rented had two separate bedrooms so it was easy to put the kids to bed in one room and you can stay in the other bedroom or living room kitchen downstairs. Kitchen facilities with all necessary utilities including a 2 differently sized moka pots (mom saviors <3). I travelled as a single mom with two kids, and felt safe and well taken care of. People in the area were friendly and helpful even if the average english level was nowhere near as good as the hosts.

bus to and from the area was at best irreliable, difficult to know where to take the bus from when. I downloaded the cotral bus app, but its only in intalian and kept bugging. terrible app. No bus stops had time tables, I dont know how the locals do it. The host sent me correct bus table at some point, and the bus arrived though 30 mins late. I recommend this place to stay and bathe, but not if you want to spend time taking a few of your days in rome city, traveling only for the day (unless you have a car). Convincing a taxi driver to take us out to Passo Oscuro also requried some effort and he denied using tax meter and charged about double (120 E) from the airport. It's not the hosts fault, they are brilliant, it's just the way italian taxi drivers operate. ;( Hopefully, others are luckier than us. I didn't see a single taxi in Passo Oscuro, so getting to Rome without using the bus would require some extra effort. The host would arrange for pickup at the airport too, 50 E per person, I thought that was a bit expensive but seeing the way the taxi drivers act and drive, in retrospect this may very well be both the smartest and safest option.

That was Great

The staff is very friendly and helpful, it's a 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, the beach around is really wide, we even did the kiting... and it's a very fine beach. The Apartment is good for a family, there's a washing machine and a huge balcony for breakfast and dinner.. market stores are accessible, just near the Apartment. Public transportations are near the apartments, the bahnhof public parking near the area is a safe place to parking if plan to visit Rome during the day, Overall it was a fare good place to stay for few days.

We didn't like that we have to find public parking lot every night, although the parkings everywhere are safe. You can leave your car overnight anywhere in the area. There was a problem with the Hot water late at night, but it was resolved immediately, thanks by the way

Mal Meer, mal Rom....

Die Lage war prima, es gab Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Meer war gleich in der Nähe. Rom war auch gut erreichbar, wir hatten einen Leihwagen und somit keine Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Wir hatten leider die Wohnung im Keller bekommen, war etwas kalt und dunkel in dieser Jahreszeit.

Месторасположение, пляж, терраса

Кондиционер просто ужасный. В каждой из спален был установлен шумный кондиционер, который не позволял нормально спать по ночам. В добавок к этому они были ещё и сломаны. Дешевые пластиковые трубы выводящие тёплый воздух из кондиционеров выводили воздух не на улицу, а прямо в комнату. Пришлось самим заделывать трубы, чтобы кондиционер начал выполнять свою функцию. К тому же у одного из кондиционеров выводящая конденсат труба просто свисала в ведёрко в комнате. Чтобы кондиционер просто продолжал работать, нужно было регулярно сменять ведёрко. То есть помимо того, что засыпать под такой шум задача уже не простая, так надо часа в три ночи сменить ведёрко, чтобы под утро не было потопа из-за конденсата. Потолки в апартаментах на втором этаже очень низкие, мы сбились со счёту сколько раз ударялись головой. Чтобы загрузить стиральную машинку надо было ползти на полусогнутых. В спальнях не было шкафов, только настенные вешалки, на которые можно повесить только футболки, длинные элементы одежды вешать будет не удобно. Замок в ванную полусломанный. Он заклинивал, поэтому мы им решили не пользоваться и были в итоге без него. Для длительного проживания на вилле не хватало посудомоечной машины. Также отсутствовала некоторая кухонная утварь. К примеру, была сковородка, но не было лопатки для готовки на ней. При заселении нам указали на стене название и пароль от вайфая. Позже обнаружилось, что такого вайфая нет в списке доступных. Мы связались с владельцем, он назвал нам другой вайфай, но пароль к нему опять же не подходил. На следующее вопросительное сообщение касательно вайфая, владелец уже не ответил. Позже, нам самим удалось найти какую-то спрятанную бумажку с другим названием и паролем, который подошёл. Ещё одним разочаровывающим фактором было то, что нам обещали парковку для автомобиля, но когда мы приехали на виллу нам сказали, что парковки нет и указали на дорожную часть, где можно было оставить машину (если найдёшь свободное место).

В близост до плажа. Рим е на 20-30минути с кола от градчето. Имаше и фестивал по време на пътуването ни.

Единствено собствениците изискаха по-висока такса да заплатим на място (tourist tax), която не беше обявена предварително. След дълъг разговор в крайна сметка не я заплатихме, защото не беше упомената в booking

Très belle adresse

La villa est confortable, bien située, au calme. Les hôtes sont charmants, disponibles et réactifs. C'est une belle adresse tout près de la plage. Rome est aisément accessible à partir de cette adresse (30 minutes en voiture, 1h en transports en commun)

Il est parfois difficile de trouver une place de parking dans la rue à proximité. L'utilisation de la douche sous le toit et de la machine à laver nécessite une certaine souplesse.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen diesen Ort.

Es war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Die Besitzer waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Direkt gegenüber ist der Bus und in der Nähe gibt es auch einen Supermarkt.

Das Bügeleisen hat nicht richtig funktioniert und auch das WLAN war nicht wie beschrieben aufzufinden. Wir hatten eigenes Internet und haben deshalb nicht nachgefragt. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und mach hat mitbekommen, wenn nebenan jemand geduscht hat. Für große Menschen nicht ideal, da man den Kopf oft an die Decke stoßt.

Lokalizacja średnia. Jedyny plus, że niedaleko morza, ale niestety przynajmniej poza sezonem plaża niezbyt czysta. Problematyczny był transport z centrum Rzymu do Villi, ponieważ jeździ tam jedna linia autobusów, gdzie ciężko znaleźć rozkład jazdy, czy miejsce skąd kursują te autobusy. Jedyny plus, że przystanek bezpośrednio pod noclegiem.
