Locations was great- walking distances makes difference! Reasonable prise and clean tidy please makes stay very pleasant! Staff is friendly and flexible for slight changes to make every one happy!

The location is great, really close to Termini station. The host is helpful and each room has a private bathroom, which is very convenient.
The reception and the self-service area feel a bit disorganized. Some aspects of cleanliness could be improved, but nothing too serious.

The staff were so nice, even made me food a few times which was so kind, everyone was super friendly and there was breakfast biscuits too, it was amazing and such a good location too you’re right next to Termini, honestly best stay ever
