Overall, the hotel isn’t bad for this price. If you’re looking for privacy without many amenities, it’s fine. The downside is that you can’t leave your luggage at the hotel upon checkout, so you have to pay to store it outside the hotel. This should have been stated in the hotel policy before booking because I wouldn’t have been able to cancel anyway.
The real issue was that when I arrived, I had an appointment at 11 a.m., but the staff didn’t show up. I had to walk back and forth to the station three times, wasting an hour. As a result, I missed my chance to visit the Colosseum and lost money on a ticket I couldn’t use. I ended up wasting both time and money and had to buy a new ticket.
