Location, the apartment under the roof was very nice. All the furniture farm style are fantastic 👌

The bath with shower with very poor water pressure...a little tight to use as shower. Can be better.

We liked Alessandra’s thoughtfulness of our needs, how clean and well serviced she made the apartment. Her generosity in providing vegan food and all our needs was outstanding. She is a most delightful and lovely woman.

Oasi di pace a due passi da Sansepolcro

Appartamento rustico e carino. Cucina ben attrezzata. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in centro senza dover utilizzare l'auto. Host molto gentile e accogliente. Colazione confezionata ma generosa. Parcheggio all'aperto ma sotto una tettoia.

Per andare in centro occorre fare un piccolo tratto di statale dove le auto passano veloci. Prezzo un po' caro per i servizi offerti.

La Sig.ra Alessandra è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli. L’appartamento indipendente al piano terra era silenziosissimo, molto accogliente e con una buona colazione.

Gentilezza e cortesia del personale, una struttura immersa nella meravigliosa campagna della valtiberina. L'appartamento era comodo, ben attrezzato e pulito. Sicuramente torneremo!!

Un piccolo angolo di Paradiso

L'accoglienza genuina e festosa di Alessandra e suo marito, camera nuova ristrutturata e pulita, parcheggio davanti all'abitazione, uso gratuito di biciclette, a solo 1km e mezzo dal centro città. Colazione con uova fresche di galline felici, Alessandra pronta a tutte le esigienze dei clienti, passione per quello che fa. Grazie e a presto!

Zeer vriendelijke host. Ruim appartement in apart huisje. Op het grondgebied stonden 15-eeuwse villa's. Wij kregen er een rondleiding.

Geweldig verblijf.

De vriendelijke en ontzettend behulpzame Alessandra. Ze zorgde ervoor dat mijn kleren weer droog werden (het weer zat niet helemaal mee). Ze bracht me met de auto naar winkel waar ik inkopen moest doen voor verdere Via Francesco. Een geweldig mens dat een 10 plus verdient.

Beetje ver van centro maar kreeg fiets en daarmee prima te doen.

Me gustó todo porque el alojamiento era precioso, la cama era súper comoda y estaba muy limpio. Lo mejor es la amabilidad con la que fuimos recibidos, la dueña se porto de maravilla con nosotros y es encantadora.

Gastvrij verblijf op rustige boerderij met lekker zwembad!

Het appartement was klassiek ingericht, ruim en schoon. De eigenaresse en haar man zijn behulpzaam met tips en bieden regelmatig groenten en fruit uit eigen tuin aan voor de gasten. Het zwembad werd goed schoon gehouden, heerlijk om even verkoeling te zoeken. Op verzoek zijn er fietsen te lenen, handig om het stadje in te fietsen of een fietstochtje te maken. Alle gasten hebben een eigen hoek met tafel, stoelen, parasol, ligstoelen bij het zwembad, dus altijd plek. Verder is er een tafelvoetbal spel en een tafeltennis tafel.

Met Italiaanse zomertemperaturen was airconditioning af en toe prettig geweest in het appartement (op de bovenste verdieping onder het dak), maar het was vantevoren bekend dat die er niet was. Er waren wel horren voor de ramen zodat die open konden blijven voor ventilatie, enkele gewone ventilatoren, en twee luchtkoeler-ventilatoren (op basis van water/koelelementen uit de koelkast).
