Very nice location, great host, somewhat limited property

Idyllic location and house. It's basically a house at the bottom of / under a 'castle' on a hill in the middle of nowhere. Has quite some charm. Peaceful and restful environment. The house was clean. We found the bed to be quite comfortable. Pellets for the pellet stove were available. Easy key retrieval from a safe location. The owner provided instructions and photos beforehand in order to find the property, pretty handy. We were easily allowed to check out a little bit later upon request (thanks again). There is a nice small local restaurant 20 meters away from the house. There is, however, not much else nearby. There is plenty of free public parking nearby. Beware of quite a number of stairs to get to the property, tho. The roads to get to the location have a number of hairpin corners, for me that's part of the charm. Great for the price we paid (€50 /night)

The biggest downside is the bathroom and shower. The electric boiler has such a small barrel. When you both want to shower, you run out of warm water pretty soon. It takes like an hour to completely refill/reheat. The kitchen is also quite limited. I can't really imagine cooking there, which we normally would do. Very limited amount of glasses, utensils, tools, etc. There is no garden or terrace, so no private space, no table, nor chairs outside. There are only two windows (living room & bedroom). They have light fixed curtains, limiting natural light during the day, while not providing enough cover in the evening. I found this really unacceptable for the bedroom and used a spare towel I had handy to block the window. No issue for us, but a friendly warning: avoid if your physical health doesn't allow you to take 5 staircases in a row.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a historic house in a stunning medieval village located on a hilltop. It's off the beaten path and therefore quite far away from the main sights, but the atmosphere and tranquility make up for it. The apartment includes a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There is public parking next to the house, or a few steps away. It was really an incredible experience to stay there!

We felt that there could have been more shelves or drawers for our clothes. The pictures are a tiny bit misleading, it gives you the impression, that there are views directly from the apartment windows, which is not the case - the windows are on the street level. However a few steps from the door are incredible viewpoints.

Tutto bene la casa è molto bella, e calda la stufa a pellet molto efficace. Il paesino è piccolo ma bello, a 20 MT molto comodo bar, alimentari e ristorante veramente comodo e accogliente.

Panorama e pace senza tempo

Il borgo medievale arroccato tra montagne e boschi, una pace fuori tempo ormai, una parentesi di relax in un posto ameno e da panorami mozzafiato, casa accogliente e molto rifinita, istruzioni e assistenza della si.ra Anna puntuali e precise

Forse noi siamo capitati in un periodo con temperature rigide ma la camera di notte era parecchio freddina anche se nella stanza a fianco c'è una bella e potente stufa a pellet, coperte e piumoni cmq in abbondanza, aggiungo anche la cassetta portachiavi un po' complicata nell'aprirsi, una persona anziana troverebbe difficoltà

Appartamento completo di tutto in un sito storico da favola.

Appartamentino ben curato ,caldo e accogliente in un paese semivuoto (novembre, in estate sicuramente più popolato) al di sotto delle mura di un castello ,sembra di vivere in una favola . Complimenti alla sig.Anna anche se fisicamente non presente ci ha messo al corrente di tutto con messaggi W.app

vista la presenza di un bollitore , qualche tisana di emergenza nn guasterebbe.

una bellissima casa in uno stupendo borgo medievale

posizione ottima , parcheggio nei pressi dell'abitazione altrimenti si trova fuori le mura, dimensioni ampie della casa, un bel soggiorno dove pranzare o cenare comodamente cosi come un grande divano, fornita di condimenti , cosi come il bagno è fornito di tutto. gli ospiti persone comunicative , educati e non invadenti ma disponibili, cui ringraziamo per averci dato l'opportunità di vivere un we in rilassatezza in un paesino del genere

unico neo, la porta del bagno andrebbe messa a posto che fatica a riaprirsi se la si chiude ( normale manutenzione)

Posizione ottima situata nel borgo medievale con vista panoramica sulla Valle Tiberina. L’alloggio ben tenuto con ambienti accoglienti e puliti.

Per giungere alla struttura occorre attraversare strade tortuose tipiche dei borghi collinari per chi come me si è spostato per lavoro e non per turismo.

Piękne położony apartament . Magiczna wioska na wzgórzu . Apartament bardzo przytulny . Kominek na pelet był miłym zaskoczeniem jak weszliśmy trochę zmarznięci . Pani Ania bardzo pomocna i uczynna.

Jedyny mały minus to brak ciepłej wody w zlewie.

Un tuffo nel medioevo

Per assaggiare la vita del borgo, case di pietra, scalinate, vicoletti e un castello. Dalle terrazze pubbliche si ha una vista panoramica da sogno sulla valtiberina, specialmente al mattino, quando le colline emergono dalle bianche nuvole! Unica nota dolente nessuna informazione sul palazzo Burbon Dal Monte, anche sede di museo e info turistiche, chiuso perché in ristrutturazione immagino.... Il sito è anche un buon punto di partenza per l'escursionismo montano, quindi anche se la strada per arrivarci è tortuosa, quando vi si arriva si è ampliamente ripagati!

Wracamy z 2 tygodniowego wyjazdu pełni wspomnień i radosnych przeżyć.

Położenie obiektu (miejscowość), styl, klimat, wyposażenie. Miły kontakt z właścicielką. Pasjonujący dojazd serpentynami (chociaż moja żona jest odmiennego zdania). Niezapomniane widoki. Możliwość korzystania z imprez na miejscu (koncerty, festyny - płatne i za free).

Wieczorne pielgrzymki turystów do baru w dole i ich głośne zachowanie - ale to jest nie do wyeliminowania. Z czasem stało się to pewnego rodzaju "folklorem". I pomagało w nauce języka włoskiego :-)

Un soggiorno vero di pace e serenità!

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato qui, una notte, per essere in un posto incantevole in mezzo la natura e per il centro storico così bello e caratteristico! La strada per arrivarci dalla cittadina è di 20 minuti circa però dall’alto del monte i panorami sono mozzafiato si vede tutto ma veramente tutto! Parlando dell’appartamento è accogliente con stufa a pellet , è abbastanza pulito, è dotato di svariate utilità casalinghe, tranne magari alcuni prodotti per lavare piatti, meglio magari portarseli con sé.. La camera è ottima dotata di tutto! Sicuramente torneremo siamo stati soddisfatti dato anche ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
