Room size and facilities (+ comfortable king size bed). Plus attention and service from the owners
The hotel is on a main road so there is an element if road noise - but nothing that compromised our stay

Loved being at the top of this Victorian property with views over the town and the large bathroom was a bonus. The breakfasts were excellent and the hosts made us feel at home and relaxed. There were plenty of conveniently placed power points in the room.
There weren’t really any dislikes. I did find the bed a bit soft but that is probably down to my personal preference.

The breakfast is excellent and the hosts are very friendly. The location is excellent and it has a car park right in front of the house. It has good sound insulation and we couldn't hear any sounds from our neighbours. We really enjoyed our stay at Sunnycroft.

Breakfast was nicely cooked and hot
We felt the guesthouse was very run down in lots of areas particularly in our room and it did not match the pictures under which we booked . Dirty kettle in our room
