Breakfast was great. My sister particularly liked the scrambled eggs. If you have a big appetite you were invited to ask for more. There was an honesty bar and you could help yourself to fresh milk. There was free parking onsite which was the main reason for booking as most other places could only offer public parking which can not be guaranteed. The beds were comfortable and we could not hear other guests.
The location was a fair walking distance to town and there are no eateries nearby or at least the only one we came across going into town was closed in the evening. Best thing is to eat in town before going back to the hotel. We passed Sunderland House twice before we found it, It is somewhat obscured by bushes and we only found the entrance in the side road on the third pass.
