The house was wonderful. When we arrived it was warm, cosy and everyone could settle for the night. The kitchen facilities were convenient and included all of the necessary utensils to self cater. The instruction manuals and all information was very clearly set out. We loved it so much that we are ready to come back again. Thankyou for a great place to stay. Also a very quiet location and close to all amenities.

Very modern and clean property. The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk from everything. Very quiet street with plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable. Everything inside the property was modern
The only thing stopping me giving this a 10 out of 10 was a very strange situation with the hot water. I had a shower no problem, then when my wife and daughter wanted to use the shower the water was cold and we couldn't work out why. I sent a message to silverglades and they said "the owner has it on a timer and it goes off at a certain time" I found this quite odd as how can they know what time a resident will want to use the shower. This needs to be explained better and some kind of notice needs to be on display in the property to explain these heating nuances. I'm a well travelled person and I've never come across this before
