Fresh,clean and comfortable accommodation.Also very peaceful and quiet but then again,lt ls January 😉😉 Everything to have a great stay,ls ln the accommodation.

We had a slight problem,with no hot water on our last morning.Also a power cut was ln place for a few hours one day but as the work causing this was essential,we were Informed on arrival.

Cabins very nice, bad experience with the manager..

Location was great, we did not have breakfast

We had no hot water, the handy man came after 30 min of reporting. There was an issue with boiler. The receptionist who was very professional told us she was waiting on the owner to get back, she could not make any decisions. We had booked activities as was my sons 50th birthday.. my party of 10 had to cancel and we lost a substantial amount of money. We were moved to another cabin, this was in total 3 hours out of our very tight schedule. In check out we were not offered any compensation, I contacted on return home, to be offered a voucher to stay for one night. We were 4 hours travel from Aviemore, we will not be back soon Some of our party were visiting from Australia for 50th birthday.. Very poor customer service, if we had been offered a small refund of cash this could compensate for the money we lost.. looking at reviews this is not a first..

Close to Aviemore town centre so easy to walk places and has parking

The room is very basic and much more dated than photos suggest. It's more like a static caravan type lodge rather than a modern apartment. It's also much smaller than photos suggest. I complained to reception that there had been a dog in the room prior to our arrival, but it hadn't been properly cleaned as I am allergic and my eyes were streaming and swollen. This isn't stated on booking and it doesn't appear that they have dog/non dog rooms. I was offered an apology from reception but nothing else

We loved every minute of our stay!

We loved the location, it was so easy to get to places we wanted to visit from the chalet, shops were nearby too. We were lucky to see everywhere covered in snow, it was so pretty and peaceful. The car park was gritted so it was easy to drive around. The chalet was very clean, comfortable and cosy - there was a Christmas tree with lights inside too, which was lovely. We would highly recommend staying here.

The property was very clean. It was warm considering the outside temperatures. The kitchen was well equipped with quality items. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location is handy to walk to the the centre of Aviemore for restaurants and shops.

A toaster would be a good addition. Only issue we had was the noise the cleaners made while cleaning the adjoining chalet. We were in a semi detached and they left the chalet door wide open, maybe just ask them keep the chalet door closed while cleaning. On saying that, they do a great job.

We booked two chalets at the high range. We were 5 in our family. Two adults and three elder teenagers. The chalets had all that was needed apart from a washing machine and dryer within the chalets themselves. We understood that there was an option of a washing machine and a dryer in another part of the property but we did not use it as we were hiking most of the days and couldn’t stay on the property to wait till the washing machine was done. Overall great place as a base for activities in the surrounding area. Highly recommended

I believe we could have easily stayed in one chalet instead of needing to reserve two. The property unfortunately did not offer us an extra bed which made us to reserve 2 chalets. If this would have been possible than this would hav3 been great value

Super self catering chalet, great value for money.

Lovely little one bed chalet. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for self catering. The location was great, a very short walk to Aviemore centre and very central to other attractions in the area. Staff friendly. Only stated one night, would like to have stayed longer. This was one of the cheapest accommodations we booked on our 14 night road trip but stands out as being one of the best. Great value for money.

Chalet was immaculate so clean and everything labelled and accessible. Lots of space for all our buys and to relax! We forgot to get ice but the nice guy on reception kindly gave us some. Top marks. Great that you can book for just one night to handy
