With two bedrooms, one double bedroom with master ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom a family bathroom, located next to the twin bedroom, with a shower over the bath electric towel rails and underfloor heating.There is also a double sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two children or one adult, ideal for extra guests. There is an enclosed pet friendly back garden with patio, picnic bench & brick BBQ where you can sit out on wamer days and enjoy some alfesco dinning.
The property is in an ideal location for visitors with or without a car as it is just 5 minutes walk to the village of Aviemore's Station, buses, and all amenities and leisure facilities.

Each guest that bring a dog will be given a “Doggy Welcome Pack” which contains a dog towel, doggy blanket, a dog bow and a list of walks to help make your dogs stay enjoyable too.
