Easy access to airport / Clean facilities / Helpful staff

The staff were friendly and amazingly helpful to get us to our flight on time. The shuttle to the airport was completely full and they offered to get us a taxi. However, the driver was able to fit us in - which we were so grateful!

The room was very hot and we couldn't get the temperature any cooler. We opened the windows to cool the place down and ended up getting bitten numerous times by mosquitos. Other than that - the place was great!

Unethical management and not worth the stay

I accidentally booked a 2-room stay for my family at this location. I was travel around Milan and accidentally booked the wrong Hilton. I called immediately after pressing “complete booking” online and the hotel staff refused to cancel the booking and refund me. So we had to detour our trip so we didn’t waste the money spent. Then, the staff was disinterested and unwelcoming at check-in. As the cherry on top, they charged us 16 euro for our breakfast despite the booking reservation saying breakfast was an additional 12 euro per person. This place is bad and management is clearly unethical. Would avoid!

Very good if you need near airport

It's very good for a night if you want to be around Malpensa terminal it's very close to it otherwise it's in a small town no services around it. They have free shuttle to and from airport

Near the Airport, Clean and Pleasant but slightly overpriced.

I stayed for one night only and arrived early evening to the hotel, the room was clean and large, the hotel is in good condition and very close to the airport. The free of charge shuttle bus to the airport was a plus and appreciated. The staff members at the reception were pleasant and helpful.

Strange enough, they did not spare a complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is weird! the price per night is not cheap (about 100 Euros), they can afford to offer a small bottle of water for late arrivals, that would cost less than the power consumption to the take the elevator down to buy one....

Perfect for a short stay near the airport!

We appreciated the convenience of the hotel from the airport. Our room was clean and modern and the staff were mostly very kind.

We had dinner at the hotel, but were not satisfied with the quality of the food. Plus, the air conditioning in the restaurant was excessively strong the entire time.

We been before there and we choose to go back because the location is really good is you want to stay close to the airport.

Is precarious after the pandemic, the breakfast is not good anymore(to be included), the quality of the products in the room is very bad, we arrived 1am and we have to ask for towels and toilet paper because there is none in the room. We ask for a plate and knife so we could eat in the room, they said it was not possible to get it. Evening staff not really proactive. The air com we cant control by yourself so it was really cold they suggest to open the windows after we couldn’t sleep because of mosquitoes.

No-fuss accommodation near the airport. Very late arrival after delayed flight. Welcoming and efficient night-staff. Just what you need at 3am with two kids.

We needed a three-bed room and unfortunately I got the truckle bed which was a little rickety and rather squeaky. The kids thought it was funny though. We skipped the overpriced breakfast, which for three people would have added a third of the cost of the room again.

arredamento , camera e bagno spaziosi , pulizia , colazione ottima

-la vicinanza alla strada , si sentivano forti i rumori delle macchine -la stanza era un po’ fredda e non sono riuscita a cambiare la temperatura ; la coperta era un po’ troppo leggera per le temperature di questi giorni

Letto confortevole, buona insonorizzazione, parcheggio adiacente buono.

Lavandino era intasato, un po’ di freddezza alla reception, check out poco elastico, in linea con la politica delle 12 giustamente, ma non adatto a una certa clientela business che richiede trattamenti piu’ adeguati. Tuttavia resta un buon hilton.

Avrei voluto dare una valutazione migliore ma purtroppo abbiamo avuto qualche problema: l'aria condizionata non funzionava, abbiamo richiesto piú volte di ripararla ma invece ci é stato fornito in ventilatore, abbiamo passato la notte al caldo, con un neonato..non esattamente la situazione ideale. Inoltre il bollitore aveva una spina rotonda e non c'erano prese compatibili nella stanza per utilizzarlo. Abbiamo chiesto un adattatore ma non ne avevano per fortuna avevamo il nostro in fondo alla valigia.
