Easy access to airport / Clean facilities / Helpful staff
The staff were friendly and amazingly helpful to get us to our flight on time. The shuttle to the airport was completely full and they offered to get us a taxi. However, the driver was able to fit us in - which we were so grateful!
The room was very hot and we couldn't get the temperature any cooler. We opened the windows to cool the place down and ended up getting bitten numerous times by mosquitos. Other than that - the place was great!

Unethical management and not worth the stay
Nothing
I accidentally booked a 2-room stay for my family at this location. I was travel around Milan and accidentally booked the wrong Hilton. I called immediately after pressing “complete booking” online and the hotel staff refused to cancel the booking and refund me. So we had to detour our trip so we didn’t waste the money spent. Then, the staff was disinterested and unwelcoming at check-in. As the cherry on top, they charged us 16 euro for our breakfast despite the booking reservation saying breakfast was an additional 12 euro per person. This place is bad and management is clearly unethical. Would avoid!

Very good if you need near airport
It's very good for a night if you want to be around Malpensa terminal it's very close to it otherwise it's in a small town no services around it. They have free shuttle to and from airport

Near the Airport, Clean and Pleasant but slightly overpriced.
I stayed for one night only and arrived early evening to the hotel, the room was clean and large, the hotel is in good condition and very close to the airport. The free of charge shuttle bus to the airport was a plus and appreciated. The staff members at the reception were pleasant and helpful.
Strange enough, they did not spare a complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is weird! the price per night is not cheap (about 100 Euros), they can afford to offer a small bottle of water for late arrivals, that would cost less than the power consumption to the take the elevator down to buy one....
