Excellent value for money. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and down pillow was lush. Breakfast was good.

I gave it 8 stars because the shower hose was broken and glass doors grimy at the bottom

The concierge was very helpful in arranging a complimentary shuttle to the airport for us for the following day, as it was very busy and the normal shitttle was full. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean and felt good to relax in after a long day at the airport with delays.

We had to ask for another bath towel - there was only one in the room. The cleaning staff were very helpful when we asked for another towel.

The staff and service is disaster: I booked the shuttle bus from hotel to MXP in the reception, the lady in the reception told me the first shuttle bus is full and will arrange a second one for me and the other guests. But in next morning I found that she totally forgot to add me in the list. There were also 3 other guests booked the shuttle bus but she didn't arrange for them, so there was totally a mess in the morning. I knew the problem could be that they never really listen to us as it was the same case in the morning when I tried to communicate with the other staff, firstly he told me I can wait there to see if someone change the schedule so there will be one seat available, otherwise I will have to book a taxi, I said OK, then he started to call for taxi and told me Taxi will come in 10minutes, but at that time I was still waiting for the shuttle bus availability .Then he became angry and blamed me for asking for Taxi, and said the Taxi can not wait and they have to charge blah blah. But it was cleared that we agree to wait and see if available seat for shuttle but , if not he call a taxi for me. Then the 3 other guests that they failed to arrange with free shuttle bus also negotiating with them, it was Chaos !!! Not sure if it's the attitude problem or because of their poor English , they don't listen, , they don't admit their problem and they don't help to solve the problem. At the end I have to pay 45.3 euro for the taxi from hotel to MXP, with this cost extra, I could have stayed in a better hotel near MXP! The AC was on and off almost the whole night, I asked for the hotel staff to do maintenance twice , finally it was fixed at 2:00am , at least I can get some sleep I really love the Wyndham hotel series, but the service in this hotel really need to be improved !

Friendly and prompt check-in. Large and comfortable beds. Large bathroom. 15 minutes from the airport with 2 petrol stations on the way. Excellent meals served in the restaurant. Great value for money.

What a great value

They need more employees and efficiency in the Airport Shuttle pick up from the airport to the hotel. Driver took a lunchbreak which she deserved but many people piled up waiting for hours. Also, we were a party of 2 but had only 1 towel and 1 coffee cup. Desk clerk and restaurant staff were all overwhelmed. They need more staff .

The hotel was close to the airport which comes in handy. The room is nice, spacious, and clean and the isolation to the outside is very good. The team were really helpful, pleasant and professional. The welcoming muffins were very delicious!

the walls separating the rooms were very thin, and the alarm to the adjacent room woke me up as it felt was ringing in the same room as me. the drivers for the transport vehicle to and from the airport should really turn the engine off when they are waiting to collect or drop off passengers as during the 2 hours I stayed at the outside table I could barely understand myself with my father due to the noise level, not to mention the exhaust smell.

Staffs were nice and accommodating. We had a few setbacks but they were very flexible. The property is a bit old but looks well maintained.

The AC could be better as summer was approaching during our stay. AC was set at 20c but it felt more warm than expected.

overpriced for what you will see. Not clean, so for sure not comfortable to sleep in. very outdated furniture with stains on carpet and blankets. outdated towels. limited selections for breakfast. rated as 4 star but actually looks like a 2 star rooms.

Same place, literally nothing changed since it was a hilton garden inn. And i understand why they didn't want their name attached anymore, it was below average for a hilton hotel.
