I very, very, much appreciate the staff solving a reservation issue that arose at check-in. My only suggestion for improvement is this -- when making the reservation, you can not see what "Half Board" really entails. We had an unpleasant surprise with respect to dinner cost, but that was far overshadowed by the Staff's willingness to change a non-refundable reservation.

Unlike the courtyard, lobby and dining room, the room doesn't meet the level of a 4-star hotel (Fotos look far better). The room, furniture and carpet need renovation, as well as the shower cabinet. The water flow in the shower is weak. Check-in was very efficient.

The website advertises that the airport shuttle is free, but I was unexpectedly charged €20. This is false advertising. I even called the hotel in advance, and the receptionist (female)confirmed that the shuttle was free. Had I known about this charge, I would have booked a different hotel. When i arrived at the hotel the receptionist (male) stated his colleague was wrong but he could not do anything.

The room was okay. Bar fridge was not working but was fixed the next day. Shuttle service was not found at designated pick up time. Front/Reception Staff was indifferent & while most of the serving, maintenance & cleaning staff was very helpful & polite. Says a lot about customer service & who is placed in front to represent the hotel

We really wanted to like this hotel. The whole place seemed nice until we went in to our room. The bathroom wasn't very nice. Most all of my complaints would be cosmetic. The bed was ok, nothing great. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was late but we still arrived in good time. The restaurant and bar area was probably the highlight. They surprisingly served really good food. The breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from.

We booked the hotel for one night, it was cheap and we just wanted a place on the road. The hotel was clean, felt safe. the streets around are very industrial, you can't go anywhere. Most people seemed to stay there for the airport and they have shuttles. The hotel is on the older side, needed an update - but for one night and the price - it did its job. The 3-stars are because when i see 4 or 5 stars i expect to be very happy and get some sense of luxury, this hotel has none of that.

Room was clean and fit our needs for one night prior to flying out from the Milan airport. Good and reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel and nice bar area! Breakfast buffet that was included in our stay was quite large and had a lot to offer. 1st shuttle to airport is 7:30am so make other arrangements if you have an early flight! Breakfast starts at 6:30am and the hotel was kind enough to call us a taxi to get us to the airport for our 10am flight back to the states.

Stay at the Moxy or Sheraton if you need an easy airport hotel. This is not it. We ended up spending the same or more with taxi prices! Uber was more than a hundred euro each way. Taxi was half that. The “free shuttle” actually costs 24 euros unless you’re in the middle of the day. The pizza at the bar for dinner was ok, but they said it was “impossible” for us to just take it upstairs from the bar. We had to order it from room service so then it had a 50% up charge. Can we get two wine glasses to bring upstairs? “Impossible.” Is there an ice machine? No. Can we have a bowl of ice from the bar? “Impossible.” 4 paper cups with ice that tasted weird. All in, if you can book elsewhere, I recommend that you do.

I did not find the shuttle area pick up at the airport MXP. Building needs paint inside and outside. A kind of bug and a big spider in my room. Grout in the Bathroom tile on the shower cabin was dirty (black) . The shuttle service from hotel to airport was on time and conductor very nice.

Airport shuttle was great - picked us up and we scheduled an early shuttle on return. Outside their regular shuttle hours so we had to pay $27 Euros but it was great! The breakfast bar was excellent. Dinner was ok at the resturaunt.

We checked in and asked for the first shuttle out in the morning. They told us they’d get another van since the first one was already full. We assumed it would be leaving at 7:30am since that’s when the first shuttle leaves every morning. Instead they just booked us for the second, 7:45am shuttle, without telling us that’s what they did. The room needs an entire bathroom overhaul. The pizza was great though!

Room was ok, bed wasn’t super comfortable. They did have a ping pong table which was enjoyable and the A/C worked well. They’re not super close to food, but they do have bikes and an on site restaurant which was helpful.

Although airport subtle was requested weeks in advance I was told at check-in that I never contacted the hotel. I showed the gentleman emails from the hotel asking me what time I wanted the shuttle and my response. He commented that I never got a reply back. I didn’t expect a reply back seeing I was responding to their Request for time. He said he would take care of it, but in the morning I was not on the shuttle list. The solution was to put me on a later shuttle, which caused a little anxiety getting to the airport on time.

Ok place. Rooms were clean. The hotel shuttle runs only once every hour also it doesn't start until 7:30 a.m. so if you have an early departure you'll have to pay to go to the airport via Uber, or arranged transportation. Nice restaurant with good food.
