Excellent accommodation for short stay near Malpensa Airport.

Close to the train station and airport. A great location for a layover flight. They offer an airport shuttle and the front desk stayed open past midnight for our arrival. The breakfast was filled with delicious homemade pastries and cakes, along with yogurt, cereal, ham, cheese, fresh juice, and a coffee espresso maker.

Friendly and accommodating staff if you just need to be close to the airport before your flight.

A very late booking due to car hire issues and very accommodating on the night given we only arrived at 10.30pm. Very helpful staff and accommodation was fine. Breakfast was OK although with limited choices. Hoowever it was a relatively cheap addition. Very handy that they have a minibus for transferring quests to the airport.

The hotel does not pretend to be a high end hotel and the only thing I felt was inappropriate was people smoking around the entrance.

An affordable option with excellent food opportunities, optimal location vis-a-vis Milano Malpensa.

They have a wonderful restaurant! It seems to cater to locals (I've eaten there once before). They have a varied and appealing menu, including risotto milanese with ossobuco. Service s welcoming and friendly. Also, the shuttle to the airport was great--there were three of us and we paid only 20 euros, and the driver was friendly and helpful (as was everyone on staff.

Rooms are spartan. We needed rooms for one night close to the airport. But we enjoyed being in the center of Somma and walking around between meals.

Convenient stay near Malpensa airport

The location near Malpensa was a factor in choosing this hotel for our last 3 nights before returning home, and free parking. The hotel offered shuttle service to airport for 20 euros. Also it was a short block from the train to Milan which was a plus, although we had a rental car, so only used the train once to return from Milan (make sure you ride the regional train which stops in Somma Lombardo. We got on the wrong train which bi-passed it and we waited an hour to double back). We enjoyed walking to the local castle and some of the churches. A plus was the 50-minute drive to Stresa recommended by the hotel clerk. It is a resort on Lake Maggiore, beautiful and not as commercial as Como. Additionally, there is an excellent archeological museum just minutes away in nearby Arsago Seprio. We appreciated the breakfast, included in the booking.

It was fine, really, what we expect in older hotels on our limited budget. Small rooms, tiny showers, but we slept well every night.

If it wasn't for the "Bates Motel" experience in the middle of the night, I would rate it higher.

1) Close to the airport 2) Restaurant was good and inexpensive

Around 2:30am there was a woman screaming and a man yelling and loud crashing that went on for over an hour. I was actually considering calling the police but I do not speak italian.

The stay was comfortable and very nice.

The airport is near and the shuttle service, which they call "navetta", was really perfect for our stay. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very polite. The breakfast was very good with Italian specialties but also other things, such pancakes. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing that was not so good is a smell of smoke in the reception area, but not big deal.

Very good location for those using Malpensa Airport. Very quiet area and comfy beds. Very clean, good breakfast and very good costumer service. They charge $20.00 Euros to drive you to the airport. I would recommend.

The staffs are very good and helpful, good Airport shuttle service. The restaurant was also good.

AC of the room was not working and I was not provided any replacement, discount or refund. This was a horrible night in the summer. The location is not so good, if you are relying on public transport as transport frequency is very less.

There is restaurant in hotel working till late evening

- Room size is not 30m2, not even 20m2. I don't know why booking.com does not check provided information. I've asked on reception, they promised me to fix this, but as I can see for now - no results. - "Transfer free from 5:30 till 00:00" It is also not a true, we had a flight in early morning and tried to book transfer for 5:30 They said we need to paid and information on booking.com is incorrect (???) - Very noisy place with thin walls. You will hear everything - your neighbors, people on reception and from restaurant. We could not get sleep until late night.

Good

Excellent value for money, free transfer was sent straight away and was really what made me pick this hotel as it is convenient and just makes life easier. Location wise it is 10 mins drive from both Malpensa Terminals, has a restaurant on site and is close to supermarkets and shops. Perfect for a overnight stay.

Breakfast mostly consisted of different variety of cakes and biscuits, only one type of bread one type of cheese and ham. There was also cereals and yoghurt. No omelettes, no cooked food, was not a good choice if you are not into sweets. Wish they had more variety of options, more of a continental breakfast. Juices and coffee were very good
