I'm sad to write this review, but unfortunately, if a hotel hasn't been able to send a single invoice for over two weeks, it doesn't reflect well on the hotel. Despite informing the hotel from the very beginning of the reservation that an invoice would be required, the hotel is unable to send one for incomprehensible reasons. Repeated requests, reminders, emails, or messages on Booking.com are of no help. First, the staff claims they'll send the invoice to the provided email address without a problem, but then they haven't done so for over two weeks. Leaving aside the hotel's foolish practice of first receiving responses from a bot (which isn't very intelligent), repeated invoice requests are ineffective, despite providing the necessary information at the very beginning of the reservation. The climax came when the hotel replied (again...) that it would send an invoice to the provided email address, and the next day, the chat bot sent a message saying, "Unfortunately, the hotel overlooked my request to send the invoice by email, and I can resend it or contact the hotel directly." It's a joke. So, the review concerns an absurd situation with the service.
