The location and view were a breathtaking experience. Having the majestic Swiss Alps around us made our vacation super special and can't be replaced. Also, having an apartment fully furnished and equipped with everything that could potentially be needed was impressive. Lastly, having Coop so near to our apartment eliminated the need to search for groceries outside of Grindelwald. Bonus tip: The view of the mountain through the apartment skylight was the BEST!

The lack of clear instructions to operate the laundry machines made it a hassle, especially the drier. The English instructions were misplaced, so we had to search online until we found the booklet. The drier instructions should have more text guidance instead of relying mainly on pictures. A downside is that the laundry room is located in the basement.

Located right on the centrum of Grindelwald, very close to Grindelwald station that allows you to easily travel to other attractions e.g., Jungfrau. Well-equipped kitchen and very close to Coop that you can prepare meals yourself. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Noise from the street at night. For coffee lovers, be aware that you need to pay for the coffee capsules or bring your own. We were very unfortunate to run into the maintance work, which is right on our rooftops, for 4 out of 6 nights stay. The Griwa Rent did offer 80% discount for 4 nights as compensation, but would be great to know that even before I booked the apartment, as most people come to Grindelwald probably once in their lifetime. Personally would rather avoid that during vacation than receiving a discount.
