It was the best part of our holiday in Normandy.

The chateau is incredibly beautiful. Jeffry is a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. The grounds are lovely and perfectly maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Chateau de la Ferriere for your next stay in Normandy.

A true gem in Normandy!

What is not to like about this place? Everything was perfect. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host himself offering us a nice glass of champagne. The deluxe king room we booked was gorgeous and the swimming pool with drinks was fantastic! A.beautiful place to stay.

Heavenly place with loads of history - war, Bayeux, Giverny Gardens.

Perfect - orders taken the night before but relaxed if we forgot! Eggs, smoked salmon, fruit, cheeses and pastries.

Breakfast was excellent and the team took trouble to modify it to suit our vegetarian priorities. The fruit and cheeses offered an especially wide and interesting selection

Recommended for traveling by car, 3 to 5 nights is a good choice.

The location is an excellent compromise between Bayeux and the seashore. Just 2 km. from Bayeux and really close to everything connecting to D-day points of interest. The accommodation was a real pleasure, the room was probably the biggest ever seen as well as the bathroom e.t.c. You feel yourself living in a museum. The host was more than friendly and help us with restaurant booking. Very big pool with warm fresh water, complimentary drinks ... Generous breakfast served in the library vas real joy. The big quiet park surrounding the Château is in excellent condition.

The best stay during our 10days trip

The best host ever :) We were arriving very late after 8pm the check in time and host was super kind and offered to prepare us a simple dinner ( but actually a very nice dinner) Very responsive and always there ready for us . Everything was so perfect down to the minor details.

Decorated with great flair and extremely comfortable. Adored the lovely deep bath. Great eye for detail so everything thought through. Fabulous.

The Chateau is spectacular and wonderfully and eclectically decorated with an eye to comfort, art, and humour. Our room was absolutely lovely, very large overlooking the grounds and vey comfortable. Geoffrey and Pietro, the owners and Rosanne their assistant could not have been better hosts. This chateau is exceptional. Don't miss it!!!!! Alos, it is a little bit out of very busy Bayeaux and that is a huge plus.

Fomos recebidos pelo proprietário com extrema gentileza e a chegada com a visão do Château no topo do gramado é maravilhosa. Na entrada tem uma galeria de arte que dá um charme extra. A exclusividade é total pois tem poucos quartos, é silencioso e pudemos vivenciar como é viver em um Château. O quarto é o banheiro de grandes dimensões são espetaculares, com móveis antigos e objetos modernos da coleção dos proprietários .A piscina é de excelente qualidade e as conveniências oferecidas transmitem simpatia e delicadeza com o hóspede combinando com toda a classe do local. Caminhadas pelo bosque da propriedade, percursos até Bayeux , pelas fazendas e vila próxima tornaram a estadia inesquecível.
