A cozy place just outside Levico Terme, surrounded by apple orchards and fields. Within walking distance to a bar and grocery store in Barco. The farm is home to beautiful horses (with riding opportunities), chickens, cats, dogs, goats, and adorable rabbits – perfect for animal and nature lovers. Ideal for cyclists, with a bike path right next to the property. The lakes are just a short distance away for swimming and sunbathing. The fantastic staff go the extra mile to make your stay special. Generous breakfast and spotless, fresh rooms.

The property is located in a gorgeous farm like environment with the mountains as background. There are stables attached to the property, wild cats that only want love and a dog who barks to welcome you but is adorable (I love animals). I loved the natural environment of this place. The appartement was very confortable for 4 adultes. It was perfect for dropping our luggage before visiting Trento and heading to Germany the next day. The breakfast was fabulous. There was a Nutella cake that was out of this world. The cappuccino was incredible. Our host Nicola was so nice and accommodating. He lets us in way before our check-in time which was greatly appreciated.

The beds were a little too soft of our taste and there was not TV. But no big deal at all.

A very quiet and nice property in Levico Terme surrounded by apple orchards. Very close to Caldonazzo and Levico lakes. Good base to visit Trento and surrounding towns.

Superb

We stayed in the family room which was just big enough for our family of four with two small children. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast options were somewhat limited but all that was available was really good. The surroundings were very beautiful as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Super nice B&B and camping. We really enjoyed the quietness and beauty of the place. Breakfast was delicious! Recommended for everyone travelling with van/ campers looking for a nice place where to sleep and to socialize a bit. There are toilets and showers and a laundry room as well.

A huge THANKS to the incredible hosts we had ! The breakfast were delicious with local pastries/cheeses/ham/juices… we had a full breakfast every morning that were way enough to go on a hike the whole day ! This B&B is well located, the hosts are great people to talk with and also great advisers about food and places to visit :) A most place to stay !!!!

Very quiet location 2-3 miles from the town. The owner couldn't have been more helpful as he drove us into town to a local restaurant. Rooms large and comfortable, nice breakfast.

Herzliche Gastgeber an einem traumhaften Ort um aktiv in der wunderschönen Umgebung zu sein.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um auf dem Radweg zu radeln, in der Umgebung zu wandern und im Ort Restaurants zu besuchen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Uns haben ein paar mehr Haken für Jacken oder Taschen gefehlt. Aber das ist überhaupt nicht schlimm gewesen. Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich und haben uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht! Das Frühstück war auch wirklich super! Danke auch für die Möglichkeit der Reitstunde für unseren Sohn. Die Ponys sind einfach sooo süß!

Eigentlich war alles top! Wie schon geschrieben, ein paar Haken an der Wand wären ein nettes Accessoire für die Ferienwohnung.

Ottima e comoda struttura, poco fuori Levico Terme. Immersa nei Meleti della Valsugana, offre servizi Ippici, didattici e ludici. Poco distante dalla rinomata ciclabile, permette, con una bici, ed in poco tempo, di raggiungere sia il vicino Lago di Levico che il poco più grande Lago di Caldonazzo, immersi nelle coltivazioni locali (Mele, Mais, Etc..) - Affascinante. Ottima Posizione anche per escursioni più "Montanare" - Tra le più semplici, ma sicuramente suggestive ed "Artistiche", segnalo Arte Sella e la Lupa del Lagorai - Con esposizioni "indimenticabili"! La Struttura offre tutte le comodità "Tipiche" Trentine oltre ad un Cordiale ed attento trattamento con Ottima Colazione. Consigliatissimo per le famiglie! Indelebilmente annotato per future Escursioni.

Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Pulizia degli ambienti di soggiorno. Completezza degli arredi e degli accessori nell'appartamento tranne per la mancata presenza di una TV. Struttura Pet friendly 100% anche nella sala colazione.

La mancanza della Tv nell'appartamento utile nelle giornate di pioggia o al rientro la sera e la mancanza di una zanzariera alla finestra del a cucina. Per il resto nulla da segnalare e tutto come riportato nella descrizione.

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern und einem tollen Frühstück. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft als als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge genutzt.

Es wurde in der Dachgeschosswohnung sehr warm. Eine Klimaanlage ist aber installiert und kann genutzt werden. Unsere Kinder wären gerne auf den Pferden geritten, es waren aber leider keine Termine mehr frei. Es ist daher empfehlenswert, sich frühzeitig um Termine zu kümmern.

Wir waren in einer schönen, gemütlichen Unterkunft mit sehr liebevollen und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern untergebracht . Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Umgebung mit den zwei Seen war wunderschön.

Bellissima esperienza in montagna

Location silenziosa e immersa nella natura. Tutti i servizi a pochi minuti di auto. Grande ospitalità da parte dell'host, sempre pronto a suggerirti percorsi e mete di interesse. Ottime colazioni preparate giornalmente con prodotti locali. L'appartamento che abbiamo selezionato è risultato completo di tutto, molto pulito e confortevole.

Agriturismo ben organizzato, ideale per una vacanza al lago, con tanti trekking interessanti nelle vicinanze e all'insegna del contatto con la natura. La struttura è ben organizzata e curata, le camere sono funzionali e accoglienti. Abbiamo apprezzato la simpatia dei proprietari e la disponibilità nell'aiutarci ad organizzare al meglio la nostra breve vacanza. Da amanti dei cavalli, le mie figlie hanno potuto apprezzare le lezioni e la competenza dei proprietari che tra le altre cose vantano un allevamento di cavalli Arabi e un maneggio che offre lezioni o passeggiate nella natura. Ultima menzione alla colazione veramente ottima, sempre varia e di qualità con uova fresche proposte tutti I giorni e dolci fatti in casa.

È immerso nella natura, bellissimo per i bambini per la presenza di un bel parco giochi e della fattoria didattica (conigli, galline, cavalli ecc.) Bello anche che si possa usufruire della sala colazioni per mangiare in altri orari (anche cibo d'asporto) e per giocare con i giochi messi a disposizione. La sera c'è un silenzio! Ideale per le famiglie con bambini o per chi vuole una vacanza rigenerante lontano dal caos. Ci torneremo!
