We had a spacious studio with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the pool was fantastic. The location is great, just a few minutes from San Teodoro and close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Marco was an outstanding host, always friendly, available, and happy to share great local recommendations. We truly felt welcome throughout our stay.
Nothing in particular. The breakfast was mostly Italian-style sweet pastries and snacks, which may not suit everyone, but the host was very kind and even provided us with extra coffee when we asked.

Everything. I will share all the aspects that I loved about this accommodation:
HOST 10 - The host and its family are super available and nice. They make the guests feel like home all the time. I wish all the hosts were like them.
ROOMS AND CLEANING 10 - Perfection. Rooms are clean and smell fresh, beds are more than comfy, in addition you will find everything inside of the room, including a mini bar and updated smart TV.
LOCATION 10 - The panoramic view is stunning, and the surrounding nature is overwhelming.
If you have a car or a scooter the beaches are close 5 mins, especially my favorite one, La Cinta Beach.
I will come back for sure in future.

From before our arrival everything was first class, including that we were allowed to check in early. Marco and Francy were fabulous hosts. Domus Francy was an oasis of tranquility, and yet perfectly located to explore this lovely part of Sardinia. Just a few minutes from San Teodoro, and several beaches, including our favourite, Capo Coda Cavallo (if the gate is closed and there's a gatekeeper, it's worth waiting a few minutes as we never had to wait long), it really was great. Also it's just 20 to 25 minutes from Olbia Airport, so very convenient. Breakfast was the best we had during our holiday in Sardinia, with different offerings every day. Great air conditioning in our bedroom and a very comfy bed.
