Roberto il numero uno,cordiale, socievole e disponibile. Sé potessi dare di più lo darei, ottima posizione, pulizia,a meno di un km dal centro,ampio parcheggio privato, piscina vista mare, aria condizionata,due frigo,ottima compagnia dei due cani,molto mansueti. Sicuramente sé torno a San Teodoro,questa sarà la mia meta.

On arrival we were given a very warm welcome from Roberto and Silvia who were brilliant hosts from start to finish with plenty of information on the area, car/bike hire, beaches. Any question was answered with useful tips. Fantastic location, very clean and quiet room. Molly (the dog) welcoming us at any time, which was a lovely touch to our day, as was the fruit left to use from Roberto and Silvia from the grounds trees, the personal touches were appreciated. The daily clean of the rooms was very helpful, especially after getting sandy at the beach! We came to the end of our stay very fulfilled with everything.

Not so much a dislike, but we did not realise the road the guesthouse was on wasn't pedestrian friendly and not particularly safe to walk along to the town centre, therefore needed a motorbike to travel for the week, useful to go around different sites/beaches during our stay. This would not put us off in future, we were just unware.
