Nice & quiet, short walk to beach. Very clean & comfortable bed, apart from bed end, which isn't great for someone over 6 foot tall.
The lock to open & close the door requires specific instructions to work out, which we were not given.
After 15 minutes of frustration being unable to open the door if was sure we were given the wrong keys. I messaged the owner, who responded straight away, advising you need to lift the handle while turning the key. 5 minutes later I gave up & asked my wife, the game master, to work it out. Another 5 minutes later she worked out the combination to open the door. Amazingly frustrating, especially with no clear instructions. Same issue to exit the property.

Excellent option within walking distance to the center of town and the beach. Loved that there were drying racks for wet swimming suits and towels, and other people who stayed left their beach umbrellas and beach mats (we left ours too!) for other guests, which was very nice. Parking was a bit tricky as the neighbors were getting work done in their yard and there was a lot of spots being taken for that, but spots opened up by the end of the day. One thing of note that I misunderstood: they no longer provide vouchers for breakfast, but there are a lot of options around so it wasn't a problem. Davide was very communicative and accommodating. There's an outdoor shower too, which was nice for getting sand off our feet before going in.
