The staff was really nice. The kitchen is big and shared between three rooms. Coffee, tea, and a fridge are available.

The apartment was perfectly located, in the Ancient Rome area. The room was comfortable and our guest, Pari was very welcoming and shared good advice.

Everything was there. Maybe the apartments would need a little bit of renovation but otherwise our stay was extremely pleasant.

Location was great! Staff very helpful and friendly. Met us at the property. Could book in earlier than we were expected. Facilities good. Pillow better than the other places we stayed. Quiet at night.

My shower water was a bit cold but other than that it was perfect. Better than expected. Good value for money.

Guys at the reception(saw them twice) were polite and helpful. Sent us some tips on whatsapp.

The rooms was very cold and damp. Woke up in the middle of night as we had hard time breathing. The windows were literally covered in waterdrops. We were forced to sleep with open window in order to let out the moisture. Bed and clothes were damp. There is an aircon, but no remote to control it. The cleaning lady didn't change towels and didn't take out garbage. After several days we insisted on fresh towels - cleaning lady was unhappy. We also took out trash ourselves, as for days it was not done. The last day we use the laundromat to freshen up the damp t-shirts and the cleaning lady was yelling agressively at us in Italian. As this was the second time during our stay, we felt very uncomfortable. Low soundproofing, you can hear everything what's happening in other rooms.
