The guest house definitely even exceeded our expectations! The location was great, close to the Forum, the Coloseum and many great restaurants close by. The room was big enough for us, the bathroom was very spacious and they were kept very clean on a daily basis. Danielle was a great host, making sure that all is to our liking, he also managed to arrange for us late check in and check out together with taxi arrangements. All of that helped us to enjoy fully our stay in Rome. We will definitely go back.

The room was very clean, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the Colosseum. Self check-in was simple and convenient.
The “Large Double Room” was much smaller than advertised. The shower cabin and elevator were extremely cramped, the mattress was very soft, and several details in the listing (sofa, TV size) did not match reality. Breakfast was disappointing, with stale croissants served at a very basic nearby snack bar.
