It was a base offering a very hard bed. My business colleagues bed was also very hard and uncomfortable.

Convenient for Sharjah

Uncomfortable beds, no food availability upon arrival. No bar or food availability after breakfast other than a Horton outlet that had little to no variety.

A lovely hotel. Very clean room. Very good breakfast.

The room was very clean and the massive bed was very comfortable. The porters were very helpful especially hailing a taxi to take me to the airport...a cheaper option than Careem or Yango. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that check out was at 12 instead of 11am. I received an email to say that I could checkout at 2pm IF it was possible. I was grateful thst there was the possibility beacuse it gave me the options for me to enjoy the pool and a walk along the Corniche. The breakfast had a wide variety and was tasty.

The room's lighting is bit dim. Older people will struggle with it. The temperature of the shower was not very hot. The reception should have brought the shuttle to my attention. A recommendation would be that they move the yoghurt location at breakfast further back to prevent fue to high volume of people traffic in order to prevent another blond hair in my yoghurt situation again. The staff, none who had blonde hair, was deeply apologetic about the situation.

Anytime I plan to go to Dubai or Sharjah I just prefer to stay in this hotel. I always recommend this hotel, best service from recipients to housekeeping.

Good hotel with amazing restaurant especially after they finish the renovation.

Location overlooking the lagoon. Restaurant and restaurant staff were professional especially the nice man from Tunisia . Room is OK.

Entrance reception desk and lobby need a lot of improvement. Maintenance and renovation in the upper floors (we were told about it before checking in) rooms are a bit tired maybe that is why they are renovating now. The safety lock (chain) was removed so we did not feel safe even though they sent someone to install it later on.

The location was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and served the purposes of my stay. I would say everytrhing was efficient. I was there for a business. Good value for money.

I had to change rooms which I understand happens however on changing the wifi was not a speedy .

The breakfast had made to order omelets and eggs. The room was clean and spacious. There was a nice walking path across the street from the hotel. Free parking in the garage.

Our trip to Copthorne Millenium Sharjah was amazing. The impeccable service from Thidar from Myanmar who cleaned our room and Housekeeping Supervisor Priyanka from Oddisa,India was super amazing. Definitely we will remember the service and come back to stay again. Thanks Team.

Sad and disappointed

Location was good - superb view too we got the room with the view and that was really good. Staff listened to our complaints patiently and handled them professionally to the best of their ability.

We wanted a hot shower and we complained from the first day. The Engineer arrived and said this is the maximum he can do. Complained the second day and then they said the central boiler is not working. On the third day they offerred a change in room - my wife had the intuition to check the room 620 toilet to check the temperature before moving and as it was about the same we did not move. on the last day the water was no longer warm but cold..

The reception was really good at helping us and the check in was very easy and fast, the parking was good also

The bathroom wasn’t that clean I saw some mold, bathroom sink blocked the second day and the flash was broken, windows were unclean and the curtains like it been years never been washed and the room service weren’t helping or changing the bed cover
