About this bed and breakfast
Private room in a shared apartment in Al Majaz 3, Sharjah. The private room has a king bed, private en-suite glass shower and a small private standing-only balcony with a side lake view; no balcony seating. Breakfast, fibre Wi-Fi over 500 Mbps, pool and gym access are included. The kitchen, living area and panoramic lake-view terrace are shared.
Your room has one king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a glass shower enclosure, a lock and your own key. It includes a mini fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board, drying rack, dedicated Wi-Fi router and TV with IPTV through a du TV box. The room offers a small private standing-only balcony with a side view of the lake; the balcony has no seating space. The panoramic lake view is from the shared terrace, rather than from the room.
Shared facilities include the kitchen, living area, lake-view terrace, pool table, air hockey, foosball, multi-gym, exercise bike, massage chair and a guest printer. The washing machine and dryer are free to use. The building`s swimming pool, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi are shared building facilities; our staff can explain access arrangements and opening hours. There is no bicycle available for transport.
This is a private room within a shared apartment, rather than an entire apartment. Other residents may be staying in the other rooms, including a separate women-only shared room. Common areas are available to all residents.
Breakfast is included for registered guests and normally provided at 8:00 AM; earlier preparation is possible on request. It includes eggs, triangle cheese, cheddar, butter, jam, honey, juice and water. Special dietary or allergy alternatives are not available.
There is no parking inside the building. Paid parking outside the building is subject to availability.
The rate includes up to two adults, with no surcharge for the second adult. Children aged 0 to 5 stay free when sharing the existing bed, without counting toward adult-equivalent capacity. No extra bed is provided. All children must be declared. Guests aged 6+ are priced and counted as adults. This room has one king bed only; maximum adult-equivalent occupancy is 2. A third guest aged 6+ cannot stay.
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are free when availability permits; they are not guaranteed. Our staff can assist with arrivals at any time.
There are no mandatory cleaning charges. Extra room and bathroom cleaning during your stay, including linen changes, is optional at AED 50 per service. Complimentary linen changes are available for stays longer than five days.
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is allowed only on the shared terrace. Smoking is not allowed on this room`s balcony. Smoking inside the apartment or bedrooms is prohibited. For a day out, Sharjah Aquarium is around 2.8 km by car, while Al Noor Island is around 3.9 km by car for landscaped walks and its Butterfly House. City Centre Sharjah is around 4.2 km by car and includes shopping, dining and VOX Cinemas. Airport journeys can take considerably longer in traffic, especially between Sharjah and Dubai. Check a live map for your terminal and departure time and allow extra time for flights.
Taxis are available in the area. There is no parking inside the building for our guests. Paid parking outside the building and at nearby parking facilities is subject to availability; parking charges are not included.
