Gentillesse de Giselda et Emilio avec un accueil familial où ils nous ont offert une bouteille de vin et un peu d'huile d'olive . Logement propre tout équipé avec jardin à disposition dans la campagne près de Florence . Gare de Rignano permettant de rejoindre Florence en train .

¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia! Emilio y Giselda son una pareja encantadora, y su hospitalidad es de 10. Estuvieron atentos a nosotros desde el primer minuto que llegamos. Emilio nos enseñó toda la casa, nos invitó a probar su vino y, además, nos regaló unos tomates deliciosos de su huerto. ¡Todo un detalle! Aunque solo hablan italiano, la comunicación fue muy fácil y no tuvimos ningún problema para entendernos. Si buscas un lugar tranquilo, alejado del bullicio de la ciudad, este es tu sitio. Los niños tienen espacio para jugar y también pueden disfrutar de juegos como el ping-pong y el futbolín, lo que hace que sea un lugar perfecto para familias. Y, por supuesto, nos enamoramos de Tosca, su perrita, que es un encanto. ❤️ En general, ha sido una estancia muy cómoda, acogedora y familiar. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y, sin duda, ¡repetiremos!

NADA todo de 10

It was very calming and relaxing to stay at this residence. After a day in the city, it was such a soothing end of the day in the farm under the stars. The hosts were very polite, warm and helpful. They offered us wine and tomatoes from their garden and Emilio helped us with fixing something with our car.

Everything was just fine!

We liked the roominess of the property and the hosts were lovely older folks. Emilio gave us a bottle of his red wine which he had in his little wine cellar and Giselda, his wife gave us a couple pieces of home baked fruit tart which was delicious. The location was convenient for buying groceries with a huge Conad store nearby.

We were sadly disappointed with a number of things. 1) That the front glass door which was the first thing we saw had not been cleaned for a long time. 2) There was no electric coffeemaker, just a manual drip model. 3) Kitchen utensils were lacking proper drinking glasses, bowls for cereal, odd spoon sizes and so on 4) We had all kinds of problems with ants. They were in the kitchen, front entrance and bathroom. Emilio sprayed them with something like Raid and vacuumed them as well but they came back again and again. 5) It was very hot in July ( 35 to 38 C) which meant that we had to have all the windows open to get some air movement. There was only one rotating fan there but as we are experienced travelers we had purchased 2 large fans earlier from amazon.de which helped us to manage. At night, as there are no screens on the windows we suffered from Mosquito bites and other bites from what we were unable to say for sure as it was during the night. We could point out more but by now you get the idea. What the facility needs is some serious work; also because there is no AC. As most reviews pointed out that they were there in the Spring or Fall when you could keep the windows closed and only stayed 2 or 3 nights and enjoyed themselves. We were there for 6 nights and at the end it was unbearable.
