One of the most hotels we have ever stayed at! I would reccomend to anyone. It’s close to Florence, but just far enough away that you feel like you’re in the Tuscan country side. The winery there is also fantastic!

Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to its outstanding restaurant and impressive working winery. One of the highlights was a fun and engaging tour led by a wonderful guide, who shared fascinating stories about the property's history and the winemaking traditions. We also got to learn about the olive oil production process, which added an extra layer of authenticity and charm to the experience. The tour was followed by a great wine/olive oil tasting experience with another pleasant host.
The dinner we enjoyed at the hotel was excellent, featuring delicious dishes paired with attentive and friendly service. The wine they make is extraordinary—complex, flavorful, and clearly crafted with passion (with one style aged in terracotta - appropriate given the fact that this city produced all the tiles on the Duomo in Florence). To top it off, breakfast was the best we had all week in Italy, offering fresh ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere that made every morning special.
