Kuca je na dva sprata, oba sprata imaju kuhinju i wc, sve sto vam je potrebno kuca poseduje, ispred se nalaze dva parking mesta, kuca poseduje veliko dvoriste, puno mesta za sedenje, bazen, teren za odbojku i bocanje. Nalazi se u mirnom delu, vlasnici su u kuci pored i jako su azurni i gostoprimljivi. Kuca je na savrsenom mestu za obilazak Toskane, na 5min od ulaska na autoput sto omogucava brzu konekciju sa svim mestima. U mestu pored se nalaze razni veliki supermarketi, blizu su i Mcdonalds i Burger King.

Vlasnica ne zna engleski, zna da objasni najosnovnije oko kuce, mozda bi bilo dobro da se napise neko uputstvo na engleskom jer smo za vise stvari morali nekoliko puta da je zovemo da nam ponovo pokaze i objasni.
