In the hamlet Rietine 4 km from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, 12 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 40 km from the centre of Siena. For shared use: terraced garden, 1'000 m2 with plants and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). L’endroit est superbe : en hauteur, avec vue sur le Chianti. L’appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et très propre. Ls situation est idéale. La terrasse est privative, très appréciable car vous vivez dehors. L’appart est très bien orienté et la vue est magnifique. Même commentaire pour la piscine. Et les propriétaires sont charmants. Pour info les nuits sont fraîches et très agréables. Je recommande vivement!
