The accommodation was nice, but checking in/speaking to reception took ages because of a lack of staff. It took 2 requests to get an extra pillow because they only provided 3 pillows for the two of us. The main issue, though, was the wifi. It didn't work on my laptop, even when I created a new account with a different email address. It kept telling me to reset my password to access the internet, even after I just had. I emailed support about it and didn't hear back.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Even though it’s located outside the city, it’s very easy to reach. The property is huge and well-organized, suitable for different types of travelers — whether you arrive by car, camper van, or just as regular guests like us. Each accommodation is a separate little house on its own street, which makes the place feel private and peaceful. Inside, everything is spotless and smartly arranged, with plenty of space. The shower is fully made of stone, spacious and comfortable to use, and both the shower and the toilet have small windows for ventilation. The toilet is separate from the shower, which is very convenient. Between them, there’s a large sink with a big mirror and a built-in hairdryer — a bit weak, but perfectly fine. The main room has a comfortable large bed, and all windows and doors have curtains, so the light doesn’t disturb sleep. It was a bit chilly during our stay, but the air conditioner worked great for heating the room. We had a minor issue with it halfway through our trip, but the maintenance team came very quickly and fixed everything. The room also had a fridge, which was very useful. The entire property includes swimming pools, a shop, and a separate bar — everything you might need was right there. The place is spacious, bright, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We were truly impressed and absolutely loved our stay.

This was such a cool experience, and our chalet/bungalow/room was perfect for our family. It was clean, and we loved being in a community of campers. The bus line is great for tourists. My daughter made friends in the play area. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

The stay was great - clean cabin, washing facility, dining and mini mart at the property. It is about 35 mins bus ride away from historic center but very affordable and great.

The bungalow was clean, the bed was firm and to our liking. We really enjoyed the restaurant, great choices for food and beverages. The market carried a good selection as well. Overall it was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place to stay in Florence. The site has everything we needed - nice restaurant, good shop and a swimming pool. The is a frequent and cheap bus into town at the entrance to the site. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect for two people in a lovely large bed with a nice outside seating area.

Laundry room, it's open 24 hours, but the machines not available between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Signage was extremely minimal, ended up having to leave wet clothes overnight before drying first thing the next morning. AC in the room worked minimally and didn't circulate or dehumidify the air at all. Need extra towels. Cleaning more than once every 14 days is an extra charge. Mattresses are very hard. Didn't receive info upfront that the key card needed to be inserted into the AC control to operate it and to access the lights and TV in the room. Onsite dining was okay, but very limited and overpriced. Despite requesting two beds, only one was set up prior to arrival. When I asked for extra sheets to use on the extra cushion in the room staff gave me attitude until I threatened to cancel and get a different hotel. Room was in a very awkward and hard to find location and parking near it was problematic. Bathroom isn't separate from the main room. Shower was roomy, plenty of hot water, however there was no place to set a bar of soap or bottle of shampoo inside it.

Staff was very nice. Room was very nice. Rented two bikes had issue with gears changing and kickstand on one and chain falling off on the other. One bike lock was impossible to use key was not easy to get out and to put in. Mentioned when returning bike and got brushed off. Received phone call two days later asking if bike was returned when returned and spoke to the staff member in person

This place was amazing. We stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. The pools are great and family friendly. Clean tent rooms. Only issue is that it is about a hour and a half walk from the city and 30 minute bus ride. Buses get full fast so you have to wait. There’s a really good cafe and dinner place right in front of the resort that is very accommodating and gets full. Not a lot of other options for food than that.

This place is outside of Florence but easy transportation options and short drive to Florence , the facilities were super clean and the staff very professional and kind. They have washing and dryers but expensive we paid like 28 Euros for 1 load of clothes we have todo it again because it did not rinse our clothes. :(. Different from that the place has a convenient store, restaurant, a bus station across the street from the property. I traveled with my husband but we saw lots of families They were enjoying the pools (3) and a small playground We definitely come back

The cabin was very clean and Modern structure. A/C worked great. Water pressure was great and Hot very nice when you need a hot shower to relax at the end of a busy day. Bathroom was good too. If i was in Florence again i would much rather stay here than in the city.

After staying at the Hu campground in Rome, we took a train up to Florence. I’m so glad we booked with Hu and we wished it had been an option in Rapallo! We stayed in a bungalow which was perfect for the two of us. The grounds and surrounding area were gorgeous. Access to multiple pools, a restaurant and market were huge perks! Additionally, there is a bus stop right out front that takes you straight into town. If I find myself in Florence again (and I hope I do) I would definitely stay here again!
