I believe at one point, some time ago, this was a 4 star “resort”. Not anymore. Our A/C did not work and they could not fix it while we were there. No real bar area and would have to give them a period of time to use the spa (to heat things up). Staff was friendly and did what they could.

Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!

The property is really nice in terms of design with lots of potential but unfortunately it’s really poorly run. The staff was helpful and kind but there were only 3 people working on the entire place, no receptionist, no concierge, no customer service. I would never stay here again.

We were here for the first time in 2015 when it was still brandnew and now after 4 years again , so we can compare. Nice area , nice resort , nice people ,good airco , but ... it lacked the needed maintainance after those years . Too less deckchairs at the swimmingpool , dirty walls in the swimmingpool , basic breakfast , cleanliness under average (we found even a used coffeecup in the drawer), dirty walls in the appartment created by smashing musquito's , dirty and slippery stairs towards garage and SPA , garage with no lines to park your car which result in bad parked cars and less free places ...at this moment the prices are not in accordance with the offered level. Lot of opportunities , but resort need urgent refurbishment .

Well situated, lots of potential but poorly executed. Pass through hotel rather than for longer stays. The breakfast is not divers enough for longer. Only four years old, but looks 20. Lots of stairs, dogs allowed. Furniture of mediocre quality. Mouldy smell in our rooms, also behind kitchen furniture. Why the kitchen? No oven/microwave, two pots don’t fit the two pits. Bare minimum to eat sandwich from pasta dish. We did get a good list of referrals for restaurants, own restaurant somewhat Halfway through our stay in July outside maintenance was started. Sunscreens of swimmingpool chairs were lacking, Some chairs were unstable. Plenty of towels but not enough room/furniture when hotel is full.

The hotel is great, it looks nice, it's clean and has a very nice buffet breakfast. The downside is you definitely need a car as there is not much in the village restaurant wise. The water pressure in the showers are a bit lacking

So i am pretty picky person, but its its nothing to complain about this property!!starting with Sara that waited for us almost 30 minutes without even knowing if we are gonna arrive or not.plus she took thw time to show us the room and give us some traveling tips!! Plus the lady from the breakfast area was extra nice and brought us some salami and cheese since we got there late and it was nothing left! The room was very clean and beautiful view!! Thank you all for making put stay great!!!

Amazing hotel and spa with stunning views. Beautiful building and rooms with a good choice of breakfast items. Very welcoming hosts and a very relaxing experience. I will definitely go back! Just a shame the restaurant was closed as taxis are quite pricey in the area and there's not a lot within walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay!

a good location - you can see a lot of Tuscany. The view from restaurant and some windows towards the hills was brilliant but not from our room. Not very comfortable bathroom-sitting on the toilet bowl-my head was reaching the glass door of the shower. On the second day when someone collect the rubbish ( no cleaning during our stay ) and made our beds a part from our makeup was gone to. overall happy with the privacy in separate buildings.

We stayed here for 7 nights , first 2 night where 'good' easy relaxing days at the pool, you can order you're drinks and take a lunch, the rooms are nice , good from size and we had a garden room which was great! The cleaners do there job good! nothing to say about it! other than hard workers... The staff at the Reception and bar felt like they are new and didn't knew their place in work, but there were nice and helpful people. The last night we didn't wanted to go out for dinner so we stayed in the bar and ordered there a pasta and a pizza, terrible ! paste was the most disgusting thing I ever ate :( and the pizza felt out of a supermarket not something you would find to eat at a luxury resort? so overal, for a good relaxing not noising apartment , Yes! but for dinner No!

Great staff, very friendly! Free upgrade when we arrived! They gave us a great service for the breakfast. Clean and no issue with the room. Overall quiet and relaxing place. Free parking available if you have a car.
