I was on the St Frances Trail for 20 days ( Florence to Rome)and sadly this was the least friendly property I stayed out. I am not a hard marker. Most placed get a 10/10 from me. Maybe I hit them on a bad day, because others like it.

Location
On arrival they did not have the room we booked. They blamed Booking.com We tried calling them without success. Chat and they still have not responded.Customer service phone numbers don’t work which is not good customer service. We needed Booking.com’S immediate help, not some time in the future.
