Great stay with excellent staff and cleanliness

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the area is pleasant and convenient. Overall, everything was great and I had nothing to complain about.

The air conditioning was often turned off. For guests coming from warmer climates, this can be uncomfortable and made it difficult to rest at times. It would be helpful if this could be improved. Other than that, I had no issues.

Breakfast was good. Bathroom was large enough.

Parking fee should be paid separately. The room was very small with extra third bed, even though we did not need it. The room curtains are very thick and make the room dark.

Although is small, the hotel is clean and there is parking free in the area during the month of August in general and after 9 pm through the year.

Disappointing Stay

Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from what I expected. The room was extremely small and not well-maintained—it felt dirty and cramped. To make matters worse, the ladies at reception were anything but attentive. They seemed uninterested and unhelpful whenever I approached with a question or concern. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.

My first 100% comfy stay in Ibis hotels!

Friendly helpful staff. First coffee machine in the room in Ibis hotels! Delicious breakfast - as usual in Ibis. In spite of works in the hotel, everything was properly organized and even a reduction for breakfast or parking - nice gesture! Thank you!

As for Paris it is a great place to stay for a night or two.

It was quiet, in a room facing the courtyard. There also was a "cube" 3-way power splitter in the room with extra USB's, which is very convenient. The breakfast was also good. The parking spots are a bit narrow, but I could park my ~4.9 meters car diagonally on the parking lot #20, which is wide, but short. Be careful there. And year, don't forget to get a security code of the parking at the reception before going down there.

Overall a good stay but the room cleanliness, especially the bed sheets are not changed.

Simple & basic facility. Breakfast is alright. Provided iron box & kettle.

Water dispenser is missing. It’s 20 mints walk from metro station so not convenient for daily commutation. Room bed sheets replacement not done daily. Not sure about towels.

This stay was more than terrible. In the photos the layout of the rooms were one way, and we got there was completely different. The single beds were completely glued to each other, and no space. Not to mention that the room keys were not working and I had to book two more hotels immediately, on time, almost without availability and I ended up spending more 815.32 € + 1047 €, apart from this value of 3555 €. Bookig has to take responsibility, because the reservation was made through you. The hotel has reportedly refunded €40.68 of this situation, but I find it unacceptable. I demand at least that they charge the amount I spent later, since the beds were practically glued.

An okay hotel in Rueil Malmaison

The hotel was well located for my particular purpose: attending a wedding.

The rooms are small and gloomy. I always find Ibis hotels to have small and dark rooms.

Very nice trip. The rooms were really too small for us with hardly any space to move around

it was nicely situated to get into Paris, with a 10/15 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was ok, hot and cold food.
