Good location with close by bus stop and a grocery store also close by. Apartment was nice as well. Car parking was also great with good access and secure.

In bath room there was nothint to hang anything

The smell in the corridors is awful, people smoke on the inside. There was no cleaning during the entire stay (5 days), not even emptying trash. Not the best block in town.

Staff is really great and helpful. We booked a studio for 3 nights, they gave us a free upgrade for an apartment with balcony. The rooms were clean, had extra towels and water. They even helped us to checkin early around 1pm. We needed a place thats close to public transport so we could reach Paris city centre easily, this one had bus stop just 2-3 mins away. Just perfect for price you pay as compared to other bnb in Paris. It takes ~45-60 mins to reach Paris city centre which was fine for us. Will definitely visit again.

If you are planning to cook hot plates take time to heat up but wasn’t issue as we were mostly out. For the price exceeded my expectations so nothing bad to say.

Easy to check in and out, staff were courteous.

The place was much smaller than advertised, it was dirty, people sleeping on the floor in the hallway.

Check in process was terrible, arrived after the reception was closed, was required to call an out of hours number who didn’t understand English too well, and didn’t have any of my details, so I had to wait in the reception area, with lots of other guest attempting to check in, with the same issue for over an hour. This must improve.

If you're looking for a residential area in the outskirts of Paris, then this is that. But look at other options - this ain't it.

I had informed them in advance that I would be arriving later, so they provided me with a set of instructions. However, when I arrived, I still had to call someone who did not speak English well, which made communication very difficult. Eventually, I was able to collect my key. Upon entering the building, there was a homeless individual sleeping right next to the lift. This created a very uncomfortable situation for me and my family, especially considering that I had paid for what I expected to be a decent experience. The entrance area had no pleasant feel at all; instead, it felt unsafe and unpleasant, with a strong bad smell. The room had no air conditioning, which made for a couple of very uncomfortable nights given the high summer temperatures. If we opened the windows, strong smells of cannabis entered the apartments from groups of people standing outside and smoking it who would group there at night. I also had an issue with Avana, the receptionist, who was very rude in her communications. If you wish to stay in a residential area, there are many other hotels and apartments in this location that are far better than this one at the same price, and I would strongly advise choosing one of those instead. In addition, it is a 25-minute walk to the train station, so if you plan to use public transport to travel into Paris, I would recommend finding accommodation closer to Nanterre Ville train station rather than staying here. It's a non-refundable booking because once you're there, you probably don't want to stay after the first night.
