Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and there are several things I really appreciated. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, and the breakfast was good. I also enjoyed the floating breakfast, which was a nice experience and well arranged by the hotel.
However, I believe the rooms need significant renovation and better maintenance. The room feels quite old, and there are several issues that should be addressed to improve guests' comfort. The bathroom walls are covered with mold, there is a crack on the wall next to the air conditioner, the furniture paint is faded, and the toilet has a water leak. There were also a lot of mosquitoes inside the room, which made it difficult to relax, especially at night.
In terms of amenities, the room only provides a toothbrush, shampoo, and body wash. It would be better if slippers, a hair dryer, and additional towel hangers were also provided. Having only two towel hangers is not enough for guests.
One more concern was that there was no electricity from around 5:40 AM to 6:00 AM on the day I checked out. I'm not sure whether this affected only the hotel or the surrounding area, but it was inconvenient.
Overall, this property has great potential because of its excellent location and welcoming staff. With proper renovation, regular maintenance, better pest control, and a few additional room amenities, it could provide a much more comfortable experience for future guests.
