Beyond Expectations with Attentive Service

We booked this hotel for a one-night stay and, based on some reviews, we were a bit hesitant — but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and solution-oriented. When we first arrived, we noticed a few stains on the floor and sheets, but once we informed the staff, they immediately took care of it and replaced everything. Their quick and attentive response made a big difference for us. Our room was fully renovated and very comfortable. Having a private parking area was a big plus. The location is great — very close to the city center, we explored it easily on foot. The breakfast buffet in the morning was varied and satisfying. If we come to this area again, we’ll definitely stay here.

Rool was semi renovated. Tp be exact there where modern details in otherwise dated facilities. Eg there were some newly constructed parts of the bathroom with obvious sogns of the old ones. Breakfast was a bit poor for the proce of the room.

Clean room and quiet. Very polite and helpfull staff. Parking was provided at the hotel's premises free of charge.

Overall, good value for money, friendly and helpful staff and a very good location in the center.

The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The beds were quite comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and bedding. breakfast was basic and lacked any healthy options such as muesli and fresh fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was secure and shaded from the sun.

Breakfast was basic and there was no kettle or coffee/tea making provision in the room. Bathroom fittings were old and needed updating and the towels were hard due to the lack of conditioning in the wash.

The location is perfect, the staff were delightful and the room was clean and comfortable

Slightly dated decor, the breakfast was ok but not exceptional. Better choice of fresh fruit would be good, fresh croissants and not from a packet would be really nice. Slightly wider choice of hot food?

My husband and I had 3 nights in Hotel Xanthippion, Xanthi. The hotel is very nice. It is easy to find and near to city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. Definitely will come again and strongly recommend!
