I don't recommend this hotel.

There is an elderly gentleman working at the hotel and his approach to people was not pleasant. When I checked in, he was very insistent that I cancel my reservation on booking and pay the hotel in cash. In the first place, the hotel had rejected my credit card when I made a reservation through booking for no reason. There were other customers who had the same problem we had. The air conditioners in the rooms were very old and did not work. The balcony was not illuminated. The shower cabin in the bathroom was extremely small and it was not possible to move.

Our worst accomodation ever…

Location

Dirty kitchen, AC not cleaned for years, broken furniture, door knobs falling off, stove not working, very poor assortment of dishes, mosquitoes and moisture due to too many plants in the garden, no fresh air in the room due to plants. No privacy at the ground floor, rooms and terrace are directly on the walking path.

Villa Eden is amazing!!! it is maintained by Demetrius who is very friendly and keeps the place clean and tidy. It is located close to supermarkets, the beach, bars and restaurants as well as having its own private pool and well maintained garden.

Great place to stay

Great location with modest (spacious) rooms. It's pretty close to the ferry and to the city center. The staff was excellent. The rooms were daily cleaned.

Nice and modern villa. The owner is very funny and friendly. Always joking 😊 Comfortable bed. Everything was perfect .

Great place

The host was very kind and helpful. The facilities was good, the yard of the villa was very well maintained - really nice to look at it and sit there. Our balcony was also perfect for a morning coffee or a drink in the evening. The room was very clean and we had all we needed for a nice vacation.

The room was not very spacious, but big enough for a couple. Everything else was perfect.

Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Die Poolgrösse war ebenso sehr gut. Blick vom Balkon war klasse

Badezimmer sehr klein Ausstattung veraltet und nicht vollständig, wir hatten nur ein Messer und es gab auch nur einen großen Topf

Booking üzerinden ödeme yapmamıza rağmen ödemediniz şeklinde para talep edildi. 89 euro ön ödeme kalanı da otomatik çekilecek diyorum yine de istiyorlar. Yani kısacası. Siz ödeme otelde bir daha yaparsanız, otelden uzaklaştığınızda feribota binip yola koyulduğunuzda kalan tutar otomatik çekilecek. Neyse ki otelde kaldığımız süre içinde otomatik çekti ve makbuzlarla çözebildik.Annem ve babam o kadar temiz insanlar ki olsun oğlum ödeyelim bile dediler. Tatilimin bir günü sadece bunlarla uğraşmak zorunda kaldım.Asla tavsiye etmem başka biryer bakın.Kafanız rahat olsun.

Ηταν η χειροτερη διαμονη που ειχα ποτε,λογω της ασυνεννοησιας με τον ιδιοκτητη και τελικα την εξυβριση μου .

Η τοποθεσια .

1) Δεν κλειδωνε η πορτα και το πρωι ανοιξε η καθαριστρια ενω ημασταν μεσα (χωρις να χτυπησει) 2) Κακιστη ηχομονωση 3) Πολλη υγρασια 4) Λεκιασμενα σεντονια και κουρτινες 5) Ο ιδιοκτητης μου προτεινε να κανω ακυρωση της κρατησης μολις εφτασα με σκοπο να πληρωσω σε αυτον ενα μειωμενο ποσό , αντι της πληρους καταβολης στην booking. Οταν δε δεχτηκα την προταση του και ρωτουσα λεπτομερειες για την εξοφληση της διαμονης μας , ειπε οτι τον κουρασα . Αντεδρασα στην κακιστη συμπεριφορα του ζητωντας να μαθω τον τροπο με τον οποιο επιτελους θα πληρωσω . Με χαρακτηρισε «αποτομο» και επειτα με εστειλε στο διαολο!! Ευτυχως με βοηθησε τηλεφωνικως μια ευγενεστατη κυρια (συνεργατης του) να ολοκληρωσω την πληρωμη (στελνοντας μου ολες τις αποδειξεις).

Konumu çok güzel

Dimitri adında bir işletmecisi mevcut. Kendisi inanılmaz saygısız ve asla laf dinlemeyen bir adam. Tüm parayı ödedik dememize ve banka dekontlarını göstermemize rağmen bizi asla dinlemedi ve asla telefona bile bakmadı. 30 dk sonra da (biraz erken gelmiştik muhtemelen bu yüzden oldu) otel sahibi ödememizin alındığını yazdı. Bu adam bizi kovmaya kalktı ve bizimle kavga etti. Bizden sonra aynı saygısız hareketleri başka insanlara da yaptı. Yanındaki yer çok daha düzgün bir işletme oraya gitmenizi öneririm. Dimitri yüzünden bu işletmeye giderseniz tatiliniz zehir olarak başlayacaktır. Ek olarak odaların hepsi birbirinden farklı ve inanılmaz ses geçiriyor. Yürüyen, oda kapısını açan herkesi duyduk. Konumu dışında hiçbir iyi yanı yoktu. Kesinlikle önermiyorum!!
