Very beatyful, clean, good location. The owners are very nice, they clean your room everyday. The pool is also very clean. Also they have restourat that offers you the most tasty food on the island, and for the guest of the Finikes they offer you 10% off. You will always find parking at the property, and to mention the center is only 400m away. All in all 10 out of 10. I recommend it❤️

Lovely stay, huge thank you to everyone!

If you are into having a clean accommodation with super friendly staff, this is your place. We had a room for 4, the kids had a bunk bed and we had a double bed. Kitchen had all main amenities, room included a safe. The owners have a restaurant, Twins Restaurant, with the most delicious local food. Would recommend it to everyone!

Really pleasent stay, owner is so nice and polite. Room is great, has a lot space, air conditioning free of charge, there is a safe in room, big terrace, tv, wifi. They change towels and sheet every 1-2 days and clean out room each day. You have free parking, swimming pool, even discount in Twins restaurant. Happy to be back, all recommendation

very nice and quiet place, host very friendly and helpful, pool very clean and nice to stay in the garden for a drink and a small bath in the afternoon. full of parking places for guests, I counted 9 cars one evening. Cleaning lady changed bedsheets and towels daily. Twins, the restaurant related with the studios was very close nice and cheap A perfect place.

Sparkly clean alartment near center

Everything was great. Sparkly clean apartment, it was cleaned every day + towel changing every 2 days. Wi-fi was good and stable through all day. Apartment has all the things you need (safe box, air condition etc.) Free of charge. Parking spot in front of the building for guests. Position is also great, quiet but 2 minutes walk from city center. Vaso, the owner was there for us all the time, and she helped us with everything we need. Final score 10+.

A great place for your perfect, relaxing holiday!

We had an excellent time at Studios Finikes. The property is located in a quiet area, but you have shops and restaurants very close and it takes you just a 10-minute walk to get to the central area of Limenas. The room was very cozy, with all the essentials you may need for a nice beach vacation. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, and it was a pleasure meeting them. When you are there, make sure you visit their family restaurant "The Twins", which is very close to the property. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is equally nice. Thank you for the great stay, we will sure visit again! Aneliya & Emil :)

Отличные апартаменты

Хорошие апартаменты. Отлично подойдет семьям с детьми, потому что у детей есть отдельная спальня. Апартменты оборудованы полноценной кухней, есть вся необходимая посуда. В апартаментах есть кондиционер и ставни, я рекомендую использовать ставни днем, они хорошо помогают справиться с жарой. Есть места для парковки, поэтому можете смело выбирать эти апартаменты, если путешествуете на автомобиле.

Один неочевидный момент - в апартаментах нет ресепшена, и когда я приехал, я некоторое время искал управляющего. Оказалось, что нужно позвонить по телефону, указанному в объявлении на стене в коридоре. Наверное, стоит поставить информационную табличку или что-то в таком духе.

Любезност, отношение, хигиена, подръжка всичко това го имате и студиата го покриват на 100%. Собственичката беше много мила, отзивчива, съдействаше по всякакъв начин което направи почивката ни една идея по лесна. Стаите се почувстваха основно всеки ден от персонала в съобразено време в което вие сте на море. Общите части, градината и басейна също се поддържаха всекидневно. Изключително приятна атмосфера. Също беше важно за нас да се предлагат и паркоместа, Studios Finikes покри и това. Локацията му е много удобна на 400 метра от центъра на Лименас, на пет минути от ферибота и пристанището, бърза връзка до всички плажове които си струва да посетите. Собстмениците също имат и ресторант на име The Twins , това беше един от най-добрите ресторанти които посетихме в Тасос, обслужването е прекрасно, храната е изключително вкусна , цените са нормално. Препоръчвам с две ръце да се посетят и двете места! Благодарим ,че направихте почивката ни по-приятна!

Perfect pentru familii ce vor să-și încarce bateriile după o zi petrecută pe plaja.

O locație liniștită și retrasă. Perfecta pentru a te izola de agitația de pe faleză. Restaurantul lor, TWINS, din apropierea falezei este unul excelent, cu preparate proaspete și bine gătite. Personalul foarte amabil și atent.

Hem sahibi Vaso, hem çalışan Melina canayakın ve çözüm odaklı kimseler. Temizliği muhteşem.

Yalnızca tek bir husus var ama bu durumun tesisle ilgisi yok. Tesise giren yol oldukça dar ve büyük araçlar bakımından sıkıntı teşkil eden bir durum bu. Yüksek ve geniş araçlar açısından akılda tutulmalı.

Konumu güzeldi. Dar sokaklardan geçerek geldik. Biraz da korktuk. Ama arabayı bıraktıktan sonra şehri yürüyerek gezmek çok iyiydi. Ayrıca şehir merkezinde olmasına rağmen ev konumu gereği çok sessizdi. Rahat uyku uyuyabildik.

Banyo giderlerinden gelen koku eve ilk girildiğinde kötü deneyim oluşturdu. Sıcaklarda camları kapayıp klimayı açtığımızda da bu koku sabaha karşı yavaştan kendini gösteriyordu.

ne girişte nede çıkışta muhatap yani sorumlu kimse göremedik. oda numarası 1 dediler. gittik anahtar üzeri,nde girdik ve gün konakladık.çıkarken yine kimse yoktu çektik kapıyı çıktık.sahipleri karı koca kadın biraz daha güler yüzlü iyimser ancak kocası tam bir asık surat. eşim 3. gün bahçede aracı park ederken yanlışlıkla gaz pedalı takıloı kalmış ve araç bahçe demirlerine zarar verdi kırdı. yaklaşık 3 metre boyunda çit demir parçalandı. kocasını hiç tanımıyoruz zaten geldi bir sürü laf etti polis çağırıcam falan bağırmaya başladı.siz misiniz patron dedik evet dedi. tamam dedim masrafı neyse vericem sorun yok. ama o homurdanmaya devam ediyor. sonra bir usta çağırdılar kaç paraya yaparsın falan dedi ona tabiki ben anlamıyorum yunanca. sonra bana döndü ve 400 euro istiyorum dedi. gerçekten 100 euro falan en fazla masrak demirler sağlam sadece kaynak yapacak. ben çok deyince 300 olsun o zaman dedi. yani kurnazlık yapıyor. neyse eşim zaten üzgündü fazla uzatmadım verdim. aslında polis çağırsa benden hiç para alamaz . çünkü aracımın her türlü her ülkede geçerli sigortası var. uğraşmak istemedim. ancak kendi otelinde konaklayan misafirlerini kazıklamak hiç hoş değildi. bay patron.. kaza bu olabilir.masrafı neyse ödenir. böyle sadece para kazanma odaklı davranırsa misafirlerin bir daha gelmez. birde son olarak yastıklar aşırı yüksek her sabah boyun ağrısıyla kalktık.

Ortaklığı biraz dağınık bırakmıştık. Çok mahçup olduk. Havlular mis gibi kokuyordu. Havuz: Derinliği ideal, büyüklüğü bizim 14 ve 10 yaşındaki çocuklarımız için iyiydi. 110 cm’den 200 cm’ye doğru derinleşiyor.
