Friendly staff and good food. Nice location.
The room was totally unacceptable. Above the extractor fan from the kitchen. Not only noisy. We had to keep the window shut when the fan was on to keep out the noise and smells.

Lovely river views from restaurant. Bed comfortable. Food on evening really nice. Young girl in morning nice.
Booked a room with a feature bath in the room. Paid extra for this. Looking forward to it. To discover that there was no plug. Hubby went downstairs in morning to see if there was one but young girl said no. So basically paid for a feature room with no feature. Not good and being charged for the privilege of not being able to use the feature. I said when we checked out but the reply was they get stolen sorry but that is not my fault. There should have been checked by housekeeping and replaced. We go there often and I’m afraid it has put us off. Breakfast wasn’t great either. I got egg shell in my scrambled eggs and the sausages weren’t the best. So extremely disappointed with the experience. So happy anniversary not had . Thanks spread eagle.
