Everything was great the only small detail is at the place there’s a bunch of restaurants and some clubs so music was kinda loud but you can hardly hear it at the room

Nice place for a work trip in Queretaro

Check in was quick, the room was comfy, I got to sleep until late.

check out lady was insisting that I didn't pay in advance and wanted to charge me again even after I told her that I had payed already through Booking. After like 5 minutes she let me go.

Not as nice as the hilton garden inns i frequent, dirty carpet, small pool, not the best location, and shower pressure was raggedy and not consistently hot. Washer and dryer need updating. Could be better but it will do the job for a few nights.

Location, accomodation and breakfast

Accomodation good staff great as well but pay attention to furniture and carpet they are not well care and is not comftable due to it semms old. Breakfast and the attention very good, location is great as well and is very quiet even though is close to the highway.
