Good place to stay with the proper expectations

The room and beds were very comfortable and the whole interior courtyard was beautiful. The room was clean and the shower was a nice size. Staff was helpful.

The location while very close to everything is in an area that is a little bit run down, but, if you walk a couple of blocks it all changes. At night you do hear street noise. The breakfast was ok, but not great (the coffee was not strong). Also, there is only one bottle of water and I think two would be more appropriate. We were brought more when we asked however.

Super friendly, super available staff... great location... wonderful spacious room and rooftop.

We had the large family suite with lovely french doors opeining onto the street. The room was massive and comfortable. Sometimes the traffic got noisy, but closing the doors and turning on the heat pump helped. Also, coffee, fruit, and toast were delivered daily to our room promptly when we requested each night before. The rooftop was a fabulous place to have a beer each evening. And the location was stellar... central to everything.

Just an OK hotel

Location was close to lot of attractions in walking distance.

It is a basic hotel with old infrastructure. Definitely needs an update. Point of note: We went during christmas and we could hear nearby light show music until 2-3 AM

The place was wonderful. The Parking cost was a complete unexpected surprise. Wouldn't repeat.

We ran a bnb for 6 years. Our breakfasts were much more varied and we served 3 courses. This breakfast was fine, same everyday - yougurt, fruit, toast, and coffee. All very good. No variety at all, though I know they are trying to please a Western appetite. The "old colonial" nature of the room was special.

PARKING!! The review i had read said that the Boutique would help with parking costs. Nope. In the end, for 3 days parking at a local parking garage (you really have no choice) they charged us $2,660 pesos!! That equates to around an extra $200 CAD or $150 USD.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in Fabulous Location.

We loved the location and the size of our room. We opted for the largest room as we were there for five days. It was great to have chairs and a table as well as three windows with shutters that overlooked the street. We also loved the 18 foot timbered ceilings. Breakfast was fresh fruit, toast and black coffee which was fine for us. Fabulous Location. Super easy walk to excellent bistros, restaurants and historical and cultural sites.

Our windows overlooked the street which could be noisy at night and in the morning when vendors pushed their carts. A light sleeper might prefer one of the back rooms but those rooms are smaller.

Excellent stay en el centro de Queretaro.

This hotel was perfect. The location was excellent, and inside the hotel I couldn't hear any street noises. The staff, especially my camararista Beti, were very friendly and helpful. My first night, I was in a room with two beds, but they moved me the next night to a room with one bed, which was perfect.

I have no complaints to share.

Enjoyed the location of the boutique property with lots of places of interest within walking distance. The staff were courteous and extremely pleasant.

One of the main doors of our room was slightly jammed but it wasn't too much of a hassle.

A great getaway location and the hotel is right in the historic downtown.

The hotel is quaint and very clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The lobby is well decorated and the open patio is comfortable for sitting. There are several sitting areas you can enjoy.

There is no parking available and it is really hard to get street parking. Parking is expensive.

The location was amazing. Close to everything. The room was large and comfortable.

The TV was out of proportion with the room- very small. You have to leave your room key on a tray when you leave which was odd to me. A mini refrigerator would be nice.

The property is in a convenient location and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean

The property is very dated. I found the lighting in the room quite dim and ill placed, and the outlets for chargers in odd places. The wifi was confusing - had to go to the front desk to try to figure out how to connect to the main wifi (the room had a different configuration). Overall, I would not select this property again.

Comfortable room in a lovely tasteful setting of a building!

Clean large comfortable room with a separate sitting area. Within reasonable walking distance to Centro. Property was tastefully decorated and a simple adequate breakfast of toasts, fresh juice, fruits, yoghurt and coffee was brought to your room each morning.

Shower water volume was somewhat too low to have a proper enjoyable shower.

Beautiful villa getaway at the entrance of Centro

The hotel was like a villa with many nooks and crannies. Restful and gorgeous. Breakfast was a treat! Bring your own creamer!

Lovely. No complaints. Just FYI Most hotel rooms in Mexico are not sunny but the window brought in light from the lobby which opened to the sun and sky!

Amazing Hospitality-Omotenashi！

All the staff were welcoming with a smile and I was able to have a very comfortable stay. There was a water problem at the facility, but I was very impressed with how they understood my situation and always tried to help me. The facility is very clean and the location is excellent. I would definitely like to stay again.
