Very short , ... not enough time to make a full judgment
Front Desk Agent was very professional and friendly. She noticed her coworker ignored me when I asked her a question. She called the guest behind me to help her and ignored me totally. The Front Desk Lady that took care of me noticed her rudeness and help me immediately.
