It was a beautiful building and it had a great location near Queretaro’s downtown. Breakfast is good.

The toilet was not that clean; and the room we stayed had access to the street, so, there was noise fron the cars passing by.

Pool and spa. Breakfast was good, well presented by a pleasant, competent woman.

Poor room amenities. No refrigerator, safe, iron or ironing board, tissues, window to the outside world. No share over pool nor poolside seating. The staff were pleasant but not apparently empowered.

Excellent service and location, hope for hotter showers next time

Mexican customs at the airport accidentally forgot to return me my passport after completing some paperwork. the girl at the front desk went out of her way to call them to find out about my passport. Thank you immensely, you saved me a lot of worrying, time and money. Breakfast was awesomely delicious and I wish for more of it! Location was good for sightseeing and friends recommended a very good restaurant just a block away.

The shower took quite awhile to heat up to my preferred temperature.

Great location, full breakfast offerings, pool and jacuzzi and staff was very accommodating including arranging for my transportation from the airport to the property. I would stay here again

The shower head needs to be descaled and wash cloths would be a good addition. More an annoyance than a problem

The Hotel is charming, clean and in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The breakfast was exceptional and the use of the pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake.

The only thing I had a problem with was the plastic mattress pads on the beds. They make you sweat when you are sleeping.

Excellent, quiet hotel with heated pool and delicious made to order breakfast.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. They made excellent recommendations for restaurants and transport to the airport. When they learned that I would miss breakfast they prepare some food for my trip. In addition to a wonderful staff, I loved the warm swimming pool. The hotel is attractive, clean, has an excellent staff and in a great location. It is in easy walking distance to some great restaurants, 5 de Mayo street and several squares with good restaurants and a large park.
